Topic：Renewable resources of energy (sun wind water) will soon replace fossils fuels such as gases, oil, and coal.

If you are a serious observer of life, perhaps you have found the phenomenon that more and more renewable resources of energy such as sun, wind and water be opened up and utilized, they occupy the rate of resources higher and higher and government encouraged used renewable resources which has caused wide public concern by people. However, there still large number of people gain energy from fossils fuels such as gases, oil, and coal. Moreover, I baldly deem that most people will depend on fossils fuels in a long-period will soon replaced by new resources undoubtedly.

Frist of all, I ackownledge the fact that renewable are widely held and its are indeed more advanced than fossils fuels. They are less pollution comsuming, less labour comsuming, easier to made and so on so forth. But all of these benefits have a prerequisited: we need dive a mass of money into manufacture new equipment. We cannot overlook a fact that there are millions of people who still have a miserable life and have to face the dangers of starvation and exposure. Government have responsibility to figure out this question frist rather than develop new resources and any government which is blind to this point may pay heavy price. Though the society is developing in an incredible speed, I do not believe that every government have abundant strength to shoulder responsibility of develop renewable resources of energy, in other word, it is impossible that people will not use fossils fuels anymore for the objective situation.

Even if there is no such an objective limitation, some objective reasons will make many people keep gain energy from non-renewable resources. Because of the limitation of science and technology, make the development of application of renewable resources of energy still very unripe. People prefer to choose non-renewable resources which pollution to be heavy, but reliable rather than renewable resources of energy which favorable to the environment, but more expensive. Fossils fuels whose history spanned thousands of years are the most traditional way for people to get energy. It is a kind of custom that is not so easy to disappear completely. For instance, when the solar energy came into people’s life, many experts predicted that it will replace coal. However, the result is we can still used coal nowadays.

No matter for the objective cause or the subjective reason, the fossils fuels will not disappear after sever decades, not to mention 20 years. therefore, I totally believe that students will still use printed books many years later., not to mention be replaced completely by renewable resources of energy, therefore, I totally believe that fossils fuels such as gases, oil, and coal will still be used many years later.

Young people should take several different kinds of jobs before they decide which career to take in the long term.

At present, should it be encouraged that young adults engage various kinds of jobs before they decide their ultimate career is becoming a heated topic that arose the widely public concern. Considering the accumulation of experience and their interest, I hold the point of view that, it is a wise choice for young people that taking several types of jobs before they make sure which job is their best selection.

Firstly, engaging different kinds of jobs can gain more experience for young people. Take my uncle as an example. Now he is a businessman. But before becoming a businessman, he undertook jobs of distinct realm, such as salesman, official, and reporter. He always told his abundant job experiences to others, “salesman let me learn to smile to all consumers; official made me recognize the office policy and this also can apply into commerce; and reporter provided me the deep thinking of background, analyze the trend well and make a correct measure.” From my uncle’s case, we can easily find the fact that experiencing diverse careers play a significant role to the development of young people.

Secondly, interesting is our best teacher. How do young people find their interest? Only through taking different kinds of jobs can they definite their orientation of vocation. Different working circumstances provide young people with adequate opportunities to find out where their interests lie and what they are really good at. Also, trying on and on always creates numerous chances to make one's dream come true. For instance, Li Jia Cheng, the richest man in Hong Kong, before he became an entrepreneur, he was an apprentice, tailor, and salesman. These jobs not only help him gain the capital of his future business, but also help his realize how to promote himself and his brand.

Yet taking several kinds of jobs does not mean to the inconformity and their disgust of the old job. It is just a method to make sure their path. And as well know, job-hopping is a common tendency that young people do. They also through this way to enrich their experiences, broaden their horizon and widen their sight.

To sum up, from what we have discussed above, I definitely support the opinion that young people should take several different types of jobs when the accumulation of experience and seeking for their interesting are taken into account.

Agree or disagree: improving schools is the most important factor in successful development of country.

Since science and technology are becoming more and more essential to modern society, government should devote more time to improving schools in that the logical knowledge about science and technology is educated in the school. In addition, in some schools, it is about thoughts, values, behaviors and having students act as good citizens should in school. So schooling has become a significant technique to build students’ character and even it is good for the development of our country as a whole. From my perspective, I support the view that improving schools is the most important factor in successful development of country.

Firstly, as we know, schools play an important role in cultivating talents. We cannot fail to see the impacts that schools exerted on students. Because schooling has its authority, in the mean time it can directly influence students’ attitudes and responsibilities as well as the comprehension of individual value, scientific value, etc. It can be evidenced that currently China still promotes the politics that taking education as a great method to development. In this sense, improving schools can provide the inter-disciplinary talents to our country. Undoubtedly, it does well to the further development of our nation.

Secondly, I reckon that the essence of schooling can improve the citizens’ comprehensive qualities. For example, the impolite phenomenon will be disappearing, the environment of nation will be better, the spirit of respecting the old and cherishing the young is encouraged and so on. Consequently the whole nation can exhibit a favorable face to the world. Other countries are willing to cooperate with such country. The international communication can be continued and it ultimately will stimulate the growth of economy.

Finally, there are many methods for government to develop our nation. Such as concerning the health care issues, environmental issues, and Internet industry. And all of these can propel the growth of country and also can be the sustainable strategy to speed up development.

To sum up, considerable though other measures’ advantages are, they cannot outweigh the merits that taking this measure-improving school- bring to us when taken talents and the improvement of all the citizens into account.
