"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Even though so many students have got used to the general way that everyone receives the same books and teaching methods especially in china, and it is hard to give the individual lessons, I strongly agree the assertion that only when it is designed properly to meet students' needs will the education ultimately effective.

Everyone has its own personalities, so they don't share the same interest as well as the way they acquire the knowledge. Some students prefer learning by themselves sometimes instead of being taught by the teachers all the time, some students have their own plan and want to have some rest while there are classes on schedule, and during that time can they study effective? Is this sort of education really effective? Nevertheless students have different advantages. The general education cannot take everyone’s abilities into account, if some elites don’t receive the suitable education, they might not be outstanding in their future career. Can we name this kind of education valuable? Take Albert Einstein for example, he can’t talk fluently until 10 but become a good physicist in the future, if his teachers abandon him for his fawn according to the general education, what a lose to the current physics fields.

While some people argue that how can we offer the individual education to every student as there are so many students in the schools, and the resources are limited? Considerable problems must be solved to make the really individual education come true even though that we notice that it is necessary. Does these tremendous work means effective? In fact the amount of the work cannot be measured because different ways lead to different results. Scientific means give the nice answer to this question. For example divide the class into three kinds is enough according to scientific teaching methods, because there are only three ways (listening, watching and touching) through one of which can we acquire the knowledge better. Students are also given the right to choose the classes they really like, and teachers just give them suggestions based on their different talents. In scientific ways like above can the amount of work be suitable to the education system.

Students must adjust themselves to the general education currently; if you fit it luckily, you are promised to have a bright future .such as in some countries there are so many different students sharing only the same kind of text books and receiving the same way of education, without doubt the compete is serious and the goal of the compete to get into a good university is single, which is really not suitable for everyone. Only those who can get good marks go to the good universities to have the rights to do the work they might not be suitable for. And a lot of students lost between the things they good at and the things they supposed to do. The truly effective teaching ways is the one who suit the students not adversely. Education should stimulate every student’s different ability and divided them into different fields they are good at.
All in all, without individual teaching everything is quixotically and cannot really solve the fundamental problems. Thus while there are so many ways to help improve the education, it is only the individual teaching the effective way.
