According to this editorial, in order to saving the amount of money, the author recommends to replace the old city hall with a new one. To support his advice, the author offers some evidences as follow：1）the old hall is too small to comfortably contain all the employees, on the contrary，
the new one will have plenty of room. 2) it is expensive to keep the hall warm in winter and cool in summer, but the new one costs less per square foot.3) renting the spare space of the new hall can make some profits.
After putting serious analysis through this editorial, it is not difficult for us to find some logical mistakes.

Firstly, the lack of the room cannot be the powerful reason of constructing a new city hall. According to the context, the author just tells us that the amount of the space is not able to hold all the employees, comfortably. The word “comfortably” means the space is adequate but not plenty. Therefore, there is no necessary to replace the old city hall with a new building.
