As the successful landing in the moon, the emergence of artificial intelligence and the accomplishment of genome map of human-being, human has serious impact on from the technologies development unprecedentedly .These influence have not only changed the behavior of people in daily life but also switch the concepts and thoughts on their own community.
However, the social customs and ethics which gradually formed their principles as absorbed the essence of human history development is not determined by the technologies.

Admittedly, for his severe impulsion on recent society, scientific technologies have influenced every aspect of the world, including the social standards and ethics. Indeed, the advancement of technology, no matter they are harmful or beneficial, force human to refresh their concepts and ideas, even re-introspect the world values, contemporary ethics etc. The current hot topic of cloning technique is a good example. The original intention to develop this technique is to benefit human in many fields, such as medical treatment and biologic research. But, when it comes to using it to cloning a person, our president, Clinton was the first one to forbid this proposal because of its severe impact on the traditional ethics that have embedded deeply in our mind. Certainly, this influence may be always baleful. Recently, the globalization as an overwhelming trend presents in front of human. The major impetus was not other things but technologies. Networks, vehicle, and phone-call have contributed to the cross-culture and migration which the primary factors to influence the social customs and ethics. To the extent, to estimate the effects of the technological product may have engendered a confusion that what the technologies could bring to us.
However, it is still an argument. But it is beyond question that these technologies have influenced every aspect of our life, certainly, social customs and ethics are not the odd bird.

Nevertheless, technologies are not the determination of social wont and standards. This ethics and customs were turned out in the process of the development of society that converted the human understanding of mundane society and enduring of social behavior into common principles and restraints rather than the impulses from human's mind or the factors.
Just as the mention above, why the suggestion to create a cloning person are dead in its beginning (觉得有问题但是不知道怎么表达). The important moral factor is that the people
can't understand what the cloning baby belongs to, and the confusion will offend the traditional principles and ethics that they have stuck to so a long time that have been their inner standards which is unable to challenge. Besides, our customs are not determined by the advanced technologies too. In spring Festival, Chinese people would reunite in any way.
As the spirit sustenance, this custom will not be abandoned, and handed down to one generation to another.

With the cogent analysis above, the speaker's conclusion is not reasonable and unwarranted.
Just for the social customs and ethics, the crystal of social development is the valuable wealthy of human-being but not created in the technological advancement.
