     Should college faculty also work outside the academic world?If their professional work is the kind in which outside work is either unavailable or unnecessary,such as humanities or philosophy,then I concede that college faculty need no .The reason for literature, philosophy and human thinking are more as a building rather than a specific work.Otherwise,I strongly agree with the speaker
     The chief reason why I generally agree with the statement is for students and faculty all stand to gain in a variety of respects when a professor deepens academic theories with real-world experience.In my experience as a student,I love the teachers who can not only tell the things from our textbooks but also can abstract distillation of concrete to give me a more thorough understanding of the professors teaching.The experience make these faculty can bring practical,real-world examples of the principles and theories,thereby sparking interest.they can make the textbook knowledge more live.It will impact the Teaching Quality.
      A second reason why I fundamentally agree with the statement is that it can reduse the subjective given by the faculty who lack the outside work experience.There is a proverb that A great teacher never strives to explain his vision-he simply invites you to stand beside him and see for yourself. when the textbook knowledge is checked by the practice,It is given a more objective color.After all ,these academic areas whicn have a lot to do with outside work
need more objective subjects to teach.   
      A third reason for my agreement with the statement has to do with the choice of students when they pursue a field as a career.when the faculty have work outside the academic world ,that means they have put the  knowledge into practice .So they also more clearly the work of the disciplines in the application of the direction and the important degree.In this sense they can convey this sentiment in the classroom to their students.These children can make more informed career decisions with the professors information.After all,undergradurate are too young to have  sufficient mentality to make the right career choices regret.they need specific advice from their teachers .
     In sum,the statement is fundamentally correct.but with respect to the certain academic areas in which outside work is unavailable or even unnecessary such as literature or philosophy I find the claim to be an unfair generalization,Otherwise, however,students,and educational circles want to have these faculty who enrich their careers by interspersing field work with academic work.
