In this newsletter the author suggest antibiotics should be taken as part of the treament of patients with muslce strain according to the results of a study which prove the hypothesis that some patients would be kept from healing quickly after severe muscle strain due to secondary infections. The study of two groups of patients was conducted by Dr.Newland specializing in sports medicine and Dr. Alton, a general physician. However, I can not agree with the author for the reason as follow.

First, the study just tell us that there are two groups people, nevertheless, other informantion like how old are the patients, the healthy status of the people, we can not obtain from the newsletter. If the people treated by Dr. Newland are youth and the people treated by Dr. Alton are the old, we should not conclude the result that average recuperation time was not significantly reduced by taking antibiotics as part of their treatment since the healty status of the youth is much better than the old's.

Second, the two groups are in different treament conditions for that the fist group was treated by Dr. Newland, a doctor who specializes in sports medicine, however the second group was treated by by Dr. Alton, a general physician, where the two docor are from diferent area. The first group may gain a special treatment because Dr. Newland specializes in sports medicine. If that, maybe the a special treatment play a significant role in reducing the average recuperation time.

Third, even if the two reason disscused above was not rational, we cannot assure that all people in the study would have secondary infections during the treatment. If there isn't secondary infeciton at all, what is the meaning of take antibiotics ?
The study should point out secondary infections have taken palce during their study. Besides, what the side-effect is when the patien take antibiotics during their treament? As we all know, every coin has two sides, therefore, the study should present the side-effect especially the patien without sencondary infection.

In sum, the recommedation relies on certain doubful assumptions that render it unconvincing as it stands. To bolster the recommedation the study should provide clear evidence. If the argument includes the given factors discussed above, it would have been more thorough and adequate.

总得来说要点都够了,写得也全,逻辑清晰,赞一个!
感觉楼主没有太注意语法问题,尤其是单复数和第三人称单数的形式,不过这些都是minor error啦,是打得太快的原因啊?
