In the reading passage, the author believes that fuel-cell engines will replace internal-combustion engine based on three evidences. However, in the lecture, the professor argues that these evidences are open to question and have different view on the topic in the passage.

To begin with, in terms of the car source, the author states that the accessible and renewable source of hydrogen makes fuel-cell engine attractive, nevertheless, the professor suggests that the hydrogen needed for fuel-cell engines cannot be got easily, they need special condition.

in addition, unlike the author's opinion that fuel cells would eliminate the pollution problems, the professor indicates that in spite of the fuel-cell engine car environmental friendly, the factory which produce the hydrogen source still emit carbon dioxide, thus the pollution problems haven't been solved.

Finally, the point, made in the reading passage, states that fuel-cell engines will be economically as they need less fuel and thus are efficient, however, the professor raise the issue that people who use the fuel-cell engine have to spend extra money to buy the special equipment and thus this kind of engine doesn't save money.

To sum up, based on thorough analysis of the nature of the reasons in the passage, the professor disagree with the main idea of the reading passage.
Just do it!

In the reading passage, the author believes that fuel-cell engines will replace internal-combustion engine based on three evidences. However, in the lecture, the professor argues that these evidences are open to question and he gives further analysis.

To begin with, in terms of the energy source, the author states that the accessible and renewable source of hydrogen makes fuel-cell engine attractive, nevertheless, the professor claims that it’s very difficult to produce and store pure liquid hydrogen, which is needed for using a fuel-cell engine. Thus hydrogen is not such a practical and easily available substance as the passage indicates.

in addition, unlike the author's opinion that hydrogen-based fuel-cells would eliminate the pollution problems, the professor emphasizes that despite the car based fuel-cell engine is environmental friendly, the factory which produce pure hydrogen create pollution since the purification process requires lots of energy that's obtained by burning coal or oil, thus the pollution problems haven't been solved.

Finally, the point, made in the reading passage, holds that fuel-cell engines will be economically as they need less fuel and thus are efficient; however, the professor asserts that it is expensive to manufacture the fuel-cell engine because it requires components made of platinum, a very rare and expensive metal. Consequently, this kind of engine doesn't save money.

To sum up, based on thorough analysis of the nature of the reasons in the passage, the professor raises serious counterarguments against the author.
Just do it!

In the reading passage, the author believes that fuel-cell engines will replace internal-combustion engine(可以加个sooner or later) based on three evidences. However, in the lecture, the professor argues that these evidences are open to question and he gives further analysis.(好开头,言简意赅~)

To begin with, in terms of the energy source, the author states that the accessible and renewable source of hydrogen makes fuel-cell engine attractive, (建议这里断句)nevertheless, the professor claims that it’s very difficult to produce and store pure liquid hydrogen, which is needed for using a fuel-cell engine. Thus hydrogen is not such a practical and easily available substance as the passage(这里写反了吧~lecture) indicates.(有个细节是needs cooling technology to produce and store the liquid hydrogen.)

in addition, unlike the author's opinion that hydrogen-based fuel-cells would eliminate the pollution problems, the professor emphasizes that despite the car based fuel-cell engine is environmental friendly, the factory which produce pure hydrogen create pollution since the purification process requires lots of energy that's obtained by burning coal or oil, thus the pollution problems haven't been solved.(这个观点很全,赞一个)

Finally, the point, made in the reading passage, holds(觉得这里有点多此一举了,毕竟是小作文嘛,观点表达的清楚,准确就行,the essay holds the points that….) that fuel-cell engines will be economically as they need less fuel and thus are efficient; however, the professor asserts that it is expensive to manufacture the fuel-cell engine because it requires components made of platinum(这都听出来了,牛~), a very rare and expensive metal. Consequently, this kind of engine doesn't save money.(还有一个细节,就是廉价的材料还没有找到~)

To sum up, based on thorough analysis of the nature of the reasons in the passage, the professor raises serious counterarguments against the author

Lz写的不错,大部分细节都写出来了,其他的都标在文中了~总之,学习了~~

想问一下lz小作文没有结尾段行不啊?我每次都没时间写结尾了~~囧~
既然选择了这条路,就必须走完~快乐的走完~
