56"Governments should focus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future."比较,现在和将来

This statement actually consists of two claims: (1) that governments should focus on solving the immediate problems of today, and (2) they should focus less attention on trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future. I concede the focus on solving the immediate problems of today is important for the time remained to solve the problems is limited; however it is also necessary to solve the anticipant problems of the future.
Admittedly, the immediate problems like dealing with the infected disease, is urgent and deserve immediate action, as we all know an indifference attitude towards contagious disease will eventually cause more and more people got infected, along with problems arise such as being short of the medicine and medical instruments, which means people have to fight for the disease themselves, even if they are sent to the hospitals, and thus causing people’s unrest. In 2003, the outbreak of the SARS presented us with such a good example; the Chinese government took immediate actions after they knew the disease is affected, the hospital were request to kept the patient away, at the same time the government rearrange the hospital staff to find the ways to cure the patients, thanks to these quick actions most of the patients recovered from the disease. It is necessary for a country has the ability to deal with the emergencies, and it requests the attention to solve the immediate problems in case the situation getting worse.
We cannot ignore the importance of the anticipant problems just because of the focus on the immediate problems, according to the philosophy the accumulation of quantitative changes lend to the qualitative change, the anticipant problems are like the quantitative problems when they aren’t be solved in time it will instill the events that cannot be amended and will cause uncontrolled consequences, the longtime unbalanced development in the north and the south of America before the war is one of that anticipant problems, either of the other side came across the solutions because of the ignorance of the anticipant problem, at last the conflict finally turned into a war swept the America causing the lost of billions of dollars, the problem of environment is that anticipant problem too, if the useful actions aren’t taken in time, the result will be the unchangeable crisis, like the pollution of the air causes the people’s respiration problems and it is difficult to change the polluted air. In a word, even it will not cause problems right now the anticipant problems should be paid attentions too.
Some people may puzzled which question should be solved first as both of them are important, to my opinion the answer should be the one can make the society more harmonious, governments have the duty to lead the society more peaceful and people have a better living conditions, it is also the regulations to which problems should be carry out first.
Simply put, the governments should pay the equal attention to both the immediate problems and the anticipant problems, and decide which one should be put forward first according to the harmonious of the society.

<the topic stress “more”, while in the essay there is no definite attitude towards this comparison >

Admittedly, the immediate problems like dealing with the infected disease, is urgent and deserve immediate action, as we all know an indifference attitude towards contagious disease will eventually cause more and more people got infected, along with -> {as well as} problems arise such as being short of the medicine and medical instruments, which means people have to fight for the disease themselves, even if they are sent to the hospitals, and thus causing people’s unrest. It is necessary for a country has the ability to deal with the emergencies, and it requests the attention to solve the immediate problems in case the situation +would getting -> get worse.

The paragraphs shows few connection and the examples are stereotype.
