TOPIC: ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

It is general agree with the view that the laws should be justice. Laws are similar to confirm lines which mean that everyone should be treated equally. A law with unequal treated must be resist and one of justice should be obeyed as a responsibility.

What are justice laws? The justice laws must treat everyone equally, no one can escape rules. For example, the constitution formulate everyone that no matter who steal private properties should be punished, and the punish level would depend on the steal extent which means that when steal amount is little, the stealer need to pay more money than he or she stoned back to the loser; while when the steal amount are very large, he or she should be sent to prison. No matter the resident or common civil who commit this laws would treated as the same. These kind laws are seen as an equal law because no one can escape and achieve privilege. So everyone should obey it.

But there still some laws are unjust because they treat unequally to everyone. For example, before the Industry Revolution erupted, the status of feminist is very low, their status cannot be treated as same as men. Some facts are that they cannot work in a market and they cannot go to army. Also, women in that time often seems helplessness, when woman being violated, she cannot charge the man because the laws do not write that. Another example is the Black slaves lived in American before Blacks right revolution. These Blacks were treated as something of goods, the Whites can buy them and do whatever they want such as whipping them, broken their families, or even killing them. Because the laws said the Blacks can be treated by these ways, the slaves can do nothing but beard them. It is seen as unequal law either. But any unjust laws that treat everyone unequal should be resisted. The feminist resisted the unequally treated women law after the Industry Revolution erupted, after these resist, women enjoyed the same rights as men`s, they be allowed to work in factories, attend universities and do researches. The same resisted happened in Blacks, these Blacks promoted a revolution in 1940s and finally successes. If these laws have not resisted, the unequally treated would not disappeared.

From the unjust laws, we can see the advancement of human societies is completing just laws and canceled unjust ones. In the Medieval era when popes control European world, the unjust laws were exist widely. The only truth is the pope, any actions resisted the pope would be punished. So many people were treated unjust at that time. While after Industry revolution erupted, people were concerned about civil rights. Thus many unjust laws were resisted and some just laws were developed such as the abolishment of unequal treated to women and them develop the feminist rights to justice treating. When inter the latest century, more equal laws were taken importance and the injustice laws were become lesser while laws in developed countries are basically just.

From what have discussed above, the just laws should obeyed as a responsibility while the unjust ones should resist and disobey because laws must treat everyone equally, any unequally treated laws should be resisted and abolished.
