When it comes to the persistent social problems, I strongly agree the advice that a global university should be set up, which is supported by all nations. In this way, our civilization will be promoted much more quickly than it is before. I will show my reasons  supporting this idea as follow.

To begin with, the persistent cannot be solved merely a county or a small groups of counties. The solvement of these problems requires the cooperation from all counties, since such problems involve the interest of every county, such as the lovable warming trends. As we all know, the trends result from the green house air, which is produced by the development of  industry. To set down this problem, the best way is decline the emission of the greenhouse gas, which derives from the slow down the  industrial process in some country and the new technology support by developed countries to promote the industry of developing countries. In this case, we can conclude that it is urgency to build a  global university to raise students who can tackle with the interest among different countries.

Furthermore, if this university cannot be build,  there will no talent who can solve the persistent social problems, such as the activities of anti-terrorist. The information about the anti-terrorist should be shared with all countries, then, there will be  a more rational policy  to counter strike. Besides, economic crisis is an world problem, for the reason that no group of economists can be aware of all the economic status of every nation.

The last but not the least, how should we set up a global university ? In my view, different counties have to take different responsibilities due to the distinct development of countries. Moreover, all nations should recommend their students from their own countries to participate the education in the global university. In addition, all nation should supply the information about the persistent social  problems  which help the solvers.

In sum, there are maybe still some people who disagree my argument, nevertheless, after reading factors discussed above, more  and more people will be convince by the evidence given in this argument and would accept the recommendation to support a global university.
