And he or she can't achieve this, he or she will finally attain little. As far as I am concerned, to precisely define an effective leader is not a complete easy job, but as we known, basically, diligence, discretion and integrity should be among the necessary characteristic of a good leader. Furthermore, leaders are designed to make control of the underlings of them, needless to conclude, a leader of good qualities means much.
If the principles and objectives mentioned in the author's view is proper and of trueness, it's quite essential for leaders to remain committed to them consistently. DengXiaoping, one of the greatest leaders in the history of China, has the reputation commensurates with that of MaoZedong, insisted to conduct a revolution and at very first, he tried to make the reform and open-up policy accepted by other leaders in last centry,1970s.
