Education,which is one of the most unoverlooked issues,exsits long time over individualism and uniformity.The speaker claims an attitude that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, for the reason that most youngth have a multitude of problems in their major which they don't know what will they do with or how to use.I concede that education would be reasonablly designed to the students.Nevertheless,we must not only consider student to develop their ability,but also make sustained effort to think about the influence of the education on their lives. We would take effective step to it.
There are several reasons why I agree with the speaker's attitude to design education specifically.Take interests into account,students will pay more attention to the curriculums they are attracted by.Given much thought to them, the school turn to take part in the effecively special design activity,and there will reduce the press of disadvanteges in education to adapt to new environment.And on the country,the society would be strenghed in the result of the development of specialists in complicate subjects with buming desire.For a example, some curriculums which some one escape from,such as math ,history and evoluation of life subjects of science,need more specialists who pursue their curriculum academic with their interests and needs.
While the specifically designed education is important,a broad education reprensants a greater roles in morden sociaty. The designed curriculum to meet the individual needs and interests can not offer all the needs ,such simple and dull and basic curriculum,that seemed meaningless, could catch a talent that he or she were to talerate the complex social pressure and the viability of society.For example ,the economists must emultate the other fields like history and environmetal science, not only the economics,indeed ,they will make the accurent analysis of various situations in the economic.The broad education required to be offered to strenghen the spirits of the yougth which is on one step in the land they are dreaming for a long time.
Although we could stand of the complicated society ,an fact,that it is uncapable of designing curriculums of needs and interests to all of students,can not be overlooked.First of all,no enough educators or specialists can simplely educate each students of their needs in what they are interested in.Secondly ,in the age of earlier yougth may have no idea about what they want to be or do,they can only have a mention what is their least favorite.Indeed,the random selection would destroy the balance of education between individualism and uniformity,it ruins the rules that catch the disorders even in the sociaty of all subjects.Finally,there are much more disadvantages in their spiritual and material aspects of health,from a recent statistics of the violent in the schools,a considerate numbers of the crimitists are the one which addicted in what they are favorite,they determine the crime an amazing but common sence instead of a illgestice,in this situation,the broad education must have the great powerful effectivily than the specifically designed education.
Without the broad education,we would lack of brave of catching up with the complex sociaty,just living inside the curriculum.Without the globle education that considered vitally to the students,we can live in a dull and simple live to devote to the studying and searching.Thus,schools needs try their best to find the most effectively education for their students,this is the only one we must carrying about all the time.
