Telephone has greater influence on people's lives than TV.

I disagree with the statement that telephone has greater influence than TV. In the modern society, the communication has become more electronic as well as their efficiency has accelerated. Telephone makes people change information lively rather than writing a letter. On the other hand, TV shows the vivid imagination of different things, and it is not just the word can tell.

First, TV shows the very detail of everything, which is simply to understand. If you want to know what elephant is, your friend on the other side of telephone may tell you that it has very long nose, a big body that looks like a wall, and four legs that look like pillar. After seeing this, you may wonder what the monster really is. But as soon as you have a chance to watch it on TV, you will soon have its character. What is more, TV can show the details that have never been watched before. It goes deep inside the tiny world; make the understanding of us more sophisticated.

Second, TV can show the things just happen. A football march is playing on the other side of the world. If you want to watch it, what will you do? Except of a few rich man who want to see it on the scene, most of us prefer to watch it on TV. TV not only transfers the imagination of the football, but also the voice happens on that scene and the comments. Imagine how good you feel when a player kick the ball to the opposite team's gate. What is more, TV can show the best attitude of the play, always better than the scene.

Last but not least, TV can show the news better than telephone. What people hear is just little local news, but TV can show the everyday news worldwide. The earth today is not larger than a courtyard. We need the international news to do business, make political changes, and travel to other country. In this way, TV gives us a great help. Additionally, TV provides the culture of the foreign country, and it has a profound influence on people's lives. People prefer to have the advances of other culture, and make life more convenient.

Finally, TV can influence the lives of people simply by telling us what the other people are doing. Journalist has an interview on the people, and find out how they struggle to make a living, and telephone can not have so many details. In a word, TV has much more influence on people's lives.
