ISSUE 56. "Governments should focus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future."
  
   Should governments take more endeavor on solving the immediate problems of today than the anticipated one of the future?Some people claim that how to solve
the immediate problems decides where we go and what problems we will meet in the future,so they agree with the author's point.In my point of view,both of the
immediate and anticipated problems are important  equally.
   
   Admittedly,the immediate problems of today are associate with the people's recent benefits.For that matter, to win the favor of general public,the governments
consider to solve these troubles more.  For instant,many pressing problems influence social stability and sustainable development really need to be settled
as soon as possible,such as the social events-hunger,homeless,disease and ignorance;the ecnomic issues-unemplyment,ecnomic crisis,that makes amount of people can not sustain their daily lives.

   Nevertheless,if only put grant endeavors on today's immediate problems but ignore the future's anticipated problems,we will bring disasters to our next generations in the long run.Kierkegaad once said,"Life can understood backword,but it must be lived forward."No one can deny the fact that our environment is in a not well situation,most of the nations asserted to adherence to the sustainable development strategies in order to decrease the destroyments and leave a good earth to our future generations.A lot of industries have finatial problems because of metrial's high cost.Should the government allow them use the cheap but harmless matrials and let them  discharge industial waste into river?Of course,that things could not hanppen.
   
   Moreover,it is wise to take accout of both immediate and anticipated problems before governments make decisions.Although these two issues may come into collision with the circunstances
at present,it is urgent to find a balance between them.America and Mexica broke out H1N1 Flu in the early 2009.Then the flu spreaded all over the world.In that time people all lived in fear.
Soon some experts developed vaccine,but American government did not use it to the public immediate,cause the experts said no one can say if the vrius would change into another style,
if let people injent this vaccine maybe could preserve the vrius for days or years,but perhaps it can also let a people in danger immediately.Thereby,the government needs to consider both
immediate and anticipated issues during the decision-making process.
In sum, the immediate problems of today and the anticipated problems of the future are all improtant to our society's well development,and an all-sided consideration is necessary when government
deciding the solutions.Therefore,the government must find a balance between them when making decision on which one should pay more attention.
