In this era of fast-developing and compicated society ,there are numerous groups and it is hard for people to know what is the interest  and aim of certain group .Thus ,someone has to stand out to depute the group to tell the public things about the group.The group members elect the depute in the hope that he or she can really represent their views.

People tend to find a person to state for their group .People are creature aggregated in the society .Not only do they live in groups,but also like to do thing together .Due to the large number of memebers the group has,it is not possible for every memeber to speak public for the group .Therefore ,people desire to have a person who can stand for their group ,especilly the media and the general society.For example ,after one football match most of the jurnalists rush to one player or to the coacher ,interviewing them about their feeling about this match .They never try to interview every person participating in this match ,because they think the person they interview will represent the viewpoint of the whole group.Through this way,the people in the society also can get information much faster ,which can help people know the world better to some extent .

Although some person is expected to stand for the whole group ,sometimes he or she cannot truelly represent the whole group .In any group ,there are all kinds of people with diverse personalties.There might be a big difference between the points of group memeber .Even thought they can choose someone who is excellent and can have insightful ideas or advanced techniques,the group idea is still one person's idea.By doing this ,this group can only give some misrepresentation to the society .For example ,Hitler,as the leader of German,made massacre of jewish people and invaded other European countries.Nonetheless ,this doesn't mean that German people are so cruel and want to kill the Jewrish people .It's only the stance of Hilter who is notorious in the history for long time .Therefore ,we cannot judge hastely that every member has the same idea as the depute presents.

In order to prevent the negative side of depute ,we have to choose this person carfully by opening conference and voting democratically.Through this ,most of  members suggestion and decision can be attatined thus a person who will really represent the group can be elected .In addition ,when the depute is speaking for the group ,we can get some information from that .It is not fully acceptance without meditating but choice acceptance with contemplation.We need to know more about the views of the memebers behind this depute.

In sum,people are social  animals thus tending to have one person to speak for their group .However ,the society ,especially the media cannot accept that without meditation.
