米国给我发来的DS-2019 request form里面有这样一部分，我应该填什么呀？

我就是不知道是填我现在活动的地方，也就是我的单位，还是填即将去的美国那边的活动地方。我就填我老板的可以吗？

所以，很明显是叫你填美国的。

嗯，就填你美国老板的地址和联系方式就可以了。
