什么是阿狗里的a central questionable assumption ？

很疑惑，感觉自己有点抓住了，但是还是不清晰。
有位前辈告诉我是那个你只要否定掉，那么整个文章也就不成立的...
但是我感觉这种assumption在一篇文章中不止一个额.....
求达人指导.....
其实这个问题的来源是在intro里的一句话“You might want to organize your critique around the organization of the argument itself, discussing the argument line by line. Or you might want to first point out a central questionable assumption and then move on to discuss related flaws in the argument's line of reasoning”
我觉得让步式写法肯定不属于前者，但是它买书也不属于后者，那这样的顺序其实不在intro的建议范围之内，这样写是否真的符合academic readers的喜好呢（毕竟ets的要求是王道...）？可能我的想法有点冒天下之大不韪....健儿言之就是有点“NC”
