In today's life with expeditious pace and abundant competitions, most people struggle hard to live a busy life in order to deal with all aspect of life and make it better off. Under such circumstance, traveling is a good, desirable way of relaxing and temporarily enjoining one's own time. However, there is a choice between group tour with a guide and travelling alone. In spite of some conveniences provided by group tour with a guide, such as good arrangement of places and convenient hotel reservation, I agree that traveling alone would be much more valuable and impressive.

To begin with, traveling alone is ultimate freedom. Compared with the routine you have to conform to under restriction, traveling alone will supply you with freedom to manage what you desire to do by arranging your travel itinerary by yourself. Therefore, you will not be irritated by of situation that you have to take a quick glance at the places of your interest due to the tight schedule that may happen in the group tour with a guide. By traveling alone, you have more freedom to decide where you want to go and how much time you desire to spend on the place.
In addition, traveling alone is a confidence and imagination builder. As Thomas Jefferson once said (and I paraphrase):"One travels more usefully when alone because he reflects more". When you experience the very moment that inspire you during the tour, you will match what you ever imagined with now what you witness, following by contemplating the true essence inherent in the nature and society. Moreover, the obstacles such as less help and even encountering unexpected thing may challenge you and sparkle your courage and confidence to overcome them.

Furthermore, it is more reliable and practical to traveling alone than to take a tour by a guide. For example, we often see the news that some travelers were cheated by tour companies which didn't provide the services they ever promised. Traveler's good mood and expectation were wiped out by inappropriate fee of hotel accommodation and short time of enjoying the scenery of places. However, you don't need to worry about these problems if you take your liberal tour under you careful arrangement.

To sum up, your will obtain more liberating atmosphere and impressive moment when you travel alone as well as the chance of filling in your heart the confidence and imagination by facing whatever you encounter during the tour. All these can ultimately lead to a colorful and meaningful traveling.

In today's society where rapid economic development is pursued, people may take their own needs such as more farmland, housing, and industry into primary consideration regardless of destruction of habitat of endangered animals. As far as I am concerned, human activity for more needs should be based on no interference with fragile living environment of endangered animals.
    To begin with, saving habitats of endangered animals is equivalent to protecting human own home. In term of Darwin's theory of evolution, human beings evolved from inferior animals to sophisticated people. There are many associations between human beings and animals. On the earth we both share to live, each part can affect the other. For example, if one animal in one ring of food chain is extinct, it may lead to lack of food for other animals. Thus, ecological balance can be broken down, and inevitably living environment of human beings correspondingly is badly influenced.  
    In addition, human exorbitant greed for short term benefits may counterproductive. For the sake of more food, houses and economic development, people encroach on habitat of endangered animal, which gives rise to irreparable change in ecological environment. It is showed by a research report on animals that one kind of animal in average becomes extinct every day. If this situation continues without protection measures for such endangered animals, human beings ultimately may get the so called "fruits" which are not so sweet in essence but only superficially nice.   
   Furthermore, human beings and animals can have common harmonious home if people take any action guided by the long-term scientific outlook on the development. Many practical facts show us that harmonious living with each other between human beings and animals can create mutual benefits. Actually, people have become aware of the importance of protecting endangered animals. One can look no further than the "World Animal Day" on October 4th set up for appealing to more people to protect the animals. In addition, governments over the world are taking actions to protect animals. For example, Chinese government has made some laws to prohibit killing endangered animals, and even established many wildanimal reserves such as Northeast tiger reserve. All such efforts demonstrate that human beings are able to maintain a harmonious environment where animals can live their peaceful life too.   
   To sum up, any actions human beings desire to take in order to satisfy their own benefits should be in the spirit of common benefit of all creatures in this only world——human and animals.

In today's expeditious social and technological change giving rise to complexity, a project becomes more and more sophisticated requiring cooperation of a large number of members. However, how to award every member for his contribution to the project bewilders the administrator in university. Personally, members in a project should be given different grades in term of his contribution to the project.  
      To begin with, cooperation acts as a ripe which congregate every member to coordinate and help with each other to achieve the same goal. At the university level, students who cooperate to achieve their projects will enhance their friendship and team spirit. When it comes to community level, the whole people in a country who support each other to overcome the disaster will gain care and love from each other. In considering world level, different countries cooperate to take anti-terrorism actions, deal with global warming or financial crisis in the spirit of making the world peaceful and harmonious. Therefore, cooperation is indispensable in the process of achieving a complex project.   
        However, it is fair if members, based on cooperation, gain different grades in term of their various efforts on the projects. An old Chinese saying that "One who does more work will get more pay" can illustrate this point properly. Actually, different members play different roles in a project. Some who plan the schedule and manage whole projects, or those who work depending on advanced skills，should obtain correspondingly high grades. The others may just do some ordinary job with little difficulty, so they relatively common grades.  In this way can those members gain the fair deal and work harder.     
       Furthermore, the strategy that every member gets the same grades may reduce their activity and enthusiasm in the project. There is an example that is very persuasive. During the 1960s in China, people experienced a period called "Communal pot period" when almost everyone in a work group will get the same pay regardless of the job done. Gradually, some people became lazy and did little work. However, members who work very hard but got the same pay with those unconscientious works felt unfair, then they finally became "smart". We can imagine what the result was. So a fair strategy of evaluation is very critical.
         To sum up, a fair evaluation regulation of "more work, more pay" should be set up in the university when students performances in the project is judged.

In school, it is a truism that students should not only study in the classes but also do some homework assigned by teachers. However, there is not a consensus of whether homework should become a daily routine for students. As far as I am concerned, I advocate the idea that daily homework is helpful and indispensable to students' study.  
    To begin with, daily homework is helpful to consolidate students' knowledge they have learned at school. Although sometimes the assignment will elicit a couple of groans from students, we have to admit that the assignment of reviewing the knowledge and preparation for new lessons are beneficial to students. Because systematical repetition is a crucial mechanism of study, doing daily home work not only conduces to helping develop their abilities of self-study but also the self-discipline.  A solid foundation of knowledge acquired by solving problems in the assignment will do good to students in the future study.   
      In addition, independent thinking when doing homework enables students to discover their deficiency and improve study. As Einstein ever said (and I paraphrase) that:" Independent thinking should be placed in the first place when learning". At school, students may passively internalize their newly acquired knowledge. However, it is at home that students have the chance to contemplate the deep essence in what they learn. By pondering on the problem in the daily assignment, they foster a good habit to explore wide space and finally improve their study efficiency.   
      Furthermore, teachers can employ the communication through assigning homework and responding to improve their educational quality. After the daily assignment is handed in, teachers can examine it and find some problem such as student may have difficulties in studying some chapter of points of knowledge. Under this circumstance, the teachers could emphasize the knowledge using more concise and comprehensible methods. Thus, teachers' education quality is enhanced, and students can learn smoothly as well.
