51"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."
Accompany with the society's progress, the people and government recognize the importance of the education increasingly, thus they all find a effective method to improve the quality of the education. They are puzzled by the matter that what is more effective measure and which they should accentuate about the individual interests of each students and the common principle for all students? For balancing between its pros and cons, my point involves the rational and all sided consideration is that we should meet the individual needs and interests of each students as well as we should establish some basic and common rules and tasks for all students.

Firstly and basically, education is link to the thriving and development of a nation and ethnic, it is the basic giving of the government for the people. Only we enhance the level of the education, can the society and the quality of the people be improved and progressive. Since we have acknowledged the significance of our national education, we endeavor to find out a better way to develop the education. Further reflection reveals that the author's contestation indeed has some merits in that education will be insofar effective when we emphasize the individual needs and interests of each student. Only our education meets the individual needs and interests of each student, do the students have impetus and aspiring to study. In this way, students will study more effective and can devise novel innovation. Otherwise, students will be tired and reject the task of education, even to do some rebel things to express the confusion and tired feeling about the education. Hence the aftereffect is harmful to neglect the needs and interests of students to a certain extent.

Nevertheless, if we extraordinarily accentuate the importance of every student's needs and interests, that possibly we will lose the fundament and most valuable function and goals to seek the enhancement of the education. For example, if we just consider the needs of students and do not formulate the common rules to punish the students being absent or late for class, some lazy students will not go to class and do things by their thoughts and pass the valuable time. Besides if we do not establish some institution and impart some basic moral criterion for students, they probably can not observe the society's laws and moral standard even threaten the society's stability and prosperity. Hence it is indisputable for education to formulate some common and necessary principles for every student, moreover, the rules sometimes can not be with respect to the students' needs and interests.

Additionally, It is infeasible to take every students into consideration for the education, the students' needs and interests are various and diverse. It is difficult to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Supposing that the education consider every student’s needs and interests, it is difficultly to attain a uniform criterion and decision owe to the various and different needs and interests. The education measures generally institute for students broadly and fundamentally.

To sum up, when we make a proposition, we should estimate it comprehensively and systematically, furthermore, especially when it is related to the education which plays a critical and significant role at the society's development and prosperity. Based on the analysis made above, my conclusion is that we should evenly seek a balance between education to meet the individual needs and interests of each student and to establish some common tasks and requirements for students. Ultimately, the education and society can be advanced perpetually and harmoniously.

(我个人认为既然开头是属于平衡型的观点,但是后面却感觉侧重在除了兴趣外其他的重要性,是不是应该改成有侧重的呢?)

(前面是不是太多篇幅来讲教育的重要性了呢?我觉得这段的重点是应该证明兴趣在教育中的重要性啊?)

总体感觉你的语言功底其实很好啊!比我好多了。但是过分注重模板了,可以多看一些别人的文章,扩展一下自己的思路,这个文章其实可以说的东西和例子还是挺多的!呵呵 一些个人拙见,不妥之处请指正!

个人感觉平衡型观点不是很好写,既要支持兴趣的重要性,又要例举一些除了兴趣之外的重要因素,无形中增加了难度,也很容易前后矛盾,例如第二段。
    第三段中兴趣之外的因素不能说就是common rules吧,只能说是基础教育,更何况issue本身只是肯定了因材施教的有效性。例子有些不合适,个人看法。
    第四段接到第二段比较合适。
    最后一段有点泛泛而谈,也没有得到实质性的结论。
