As a special workshop of ICEEE2010 (http://www.ic3e.org/ ), WWTA 2010 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances, new techniques and applications in the field of Internet Technology, Network technology, computer security and applications.
