There is general discusion over whether it contributes to the quality of education to increase teacher's salaties.Someone argues that this policy will act as cataclysts to encourage teachers to work hader.However,as far as I am concerned,we should not be too positive to this issue.

In the first place,those who advocate to this policy seem to fail to take into account the guanjian of a better education,which may causes a serious consequence if not done well.In fact ,what exactly controls the level of education of a country is not how much money teacher earn,but the quality of the teachers------whether they are devoted to their profession,whether they have a excellent way of teaching,and whether they care about the development of student.According to recent survey by Wuhan university,many students ,even including some teachers,complain that many teachers are no longer care about the development of students,instead,they always get involved with how much they could earn.Some students even warn that  Wuhan university 's fame will decay if no efforts are took immediately.


In the second place,it may encourage more people to become teachers due to the increased salaries.And this may lead to the decline of the quality of teachers.It is not that hard to imagine this :all different kinds of people will go into the unversity ,high school,whatever,and students and parents are worried that someone who is not suitable to be teacher
will also be their teachers.There is no doubt  that it will interfere the quality of education.

However ,the advantage of the arguements to increase the salaries of teachers' cannot be ignored.Many students will choose education as their major  in college,and it will high up the  social state of teachers.

From what we have discussed above,we can safely draw the conclusion that ,although it is understanderable to increase teacher's salaries,its disadvantages far outweigh its advantages,and we should be caution towards this issue,Any government who is blind to this point may pay a heavy price.

There is an old saying that "Ideas are the source of wisdom."Only by understanding the ideas and concepts can students truly master what they have learn and put them into practice.For instance,I major in geology,which emphasize the understanding of concepts and ideas.My professor talked ahout the concept of "the explosion of Cambaras"It is not enough for us only know when the explosion happens,but we also master its background ,how organisms evolve so quickly?How could this happen that diverse kinds of animals come out in such a short time?The related  information is  very important for us to learn geology well.If we just learn that the explosion happen ahout 570 million years ago,we cannot establelish a comprehensive understanding of the concept,which will keep us from reaching the essence of geology.



However, is is dispensible for students to remember some basic information related to what they are studying.Because it can improve your study efficiency if you can  remember some things without checking your textbook or dictionary.Take  the geology class for an example again,it is evitable to require you to keep some information in mind,such as how the status are divided,how the earth is divided,crust,mantal and core,these are very basic information and if ;you can not remember them,it will hinder your study:you have to stop to check your notebook again and again,which waste your precious time and energy.

It is undeniable that taking part-time job can accumulate social experience and cultivate interpersonal ability.When involved in a part -time job,a student will contact to different people with different background,and they will learn how to communicate with them ,how to build a good relationship with them ,and how to deal with predicament they may come across.During these processes,they will acquire many precious experience and knowledge that they can never obtain in classes.And these precious abilities contribute to their future development and future career.



Furthermore, participating in a part-time job can cultivate many virtues which can help students to succeed in the future,for instance,persistence,endurance,and so forth.When students are doing part-time job,such as,in the restaurant as a waiter or waitress,it is inevitable to meet some drank customers ,and these customers may   quarrel with them and make much trouble.At this time students should not quarrel with them because "the customer is the God",instead,it is advisable to choose to  avoid conflicts with them.Students should learn to endure these unfair treatments,which they may encournt  in their future lives.And endurance is a vital factor for a person to become successful.
