对方学校的小秘发信说需要下列东西：
1) Application,
2) CV,
3) Copy of degree or letter from Dean of university stating that all degree requirements have been met,
4)English copy of the health/repatriation insurance from home country declarations page with the coverage amounts converted to US dollars, and
5) Original funding document, in English, showing dollar amount and dates of funding.

我记得保险的话一般都是对方老板帮你买的啊，我发信去问那个小秘还没回音，有遇到的同仁么？
