After 5 month's waiting, got call to home phone number on 05/12,
got visa on 05/16
No interview, simply submit application form and I-20, passport,
then wait for sometime. About 30 checkees got it that day, most
are F-1s.
Returning to US:
Require new SEVIS I-20 after August 1st.
No SARS related check upon immigration, but might report to your school
about your return and there'll be a SARS screenning.
