Successful people take new things and take risk rather than the thing that they have done well.
In contemporary world  ,the issue of success has long been among the heated discussion. There are two extreme kinds of people , one kind is to guarantee success by doing what they have achieved ,the other one is to do different things to challege themselves. As for me , I think the latter one kind of people is more likely to make achievements. The  reasons are given in the following passage.
First , those who always attempt to do new things always  gain more support of others. As supervisors, they prefer those who are creative rather than those who are conservative in their career. Take my brother as a example, he is a man with plenty of new ideas and a pioneering spirit, though he have no excellent education background as his colleague so. But when he showed his creative talent and  his will to  explore new approach at a meeting  , the  manager show appreciation for my brother .then the manager gave a distinct opportunity for my brother, now my brother opened his own corporation and achived success in the operation. What’s more , those who like to try new approach attract more friends, in the case of my brother. He has a lot of friends who more or less helped him  make his career. The spirit of creative and exploring attract more people  and more support.
Second , pursuing new things and taking risks always teach people more. In other word, when people are trying distinct things from what they used to do , hey have to learn more informations. This kind of learning is helpful to one’s understanding more or less. This point is extremely true foe me . once I was asked to take part in presentation in a science topic on behalf of my school, at first I think I can’t handle it  because I am not good at science , frankly , I knew little about that topic,then I think I should try my best to accomplish this task, then I worked hard, I went to library every day to search necessary metirial, and I practice my speaking skill with my roommate. finally , I finished this job very well, I also learned a lot about some sience principle. The knowledge also helped me understand principles in other subjects such as math , arts , music and so on . definitely , through the process of doing a entirely distinct thing , people could learn more.\
What’s more , trying new things and taking risks will bring happiness and the feeling of fulfillment . if a person keep on doing absolutely same thing , he or she will lose the passion, let alone achievements. Conversely, if a guy tend to achive a new thing when they achive success in anther thing . he or she will find more motivision. This is abosolutely true for me. Once  I was appointed to do a assighment which was distinctive from  those I used to be  assigned . I  was driven by more passion than I used to be . as a result , I have never accomplish so well before and more important is that  I was happy in the procedure. Achieving  new things and risking  will bring people the sense of achievements and also the motivision.   
Considering those benefits of doing new things,  more support , more happiness and more knowledge , I think no one will deny  my view that taking risk of doing new things will definitely do more good to individuals  no matter what the result is.

Considering theose benefits of doing new things,  more support , more happiness and more knowledge , I think no one will deny  my view that taking risk of doing new things will definitely do more good to individuals  no matter what the result is.
