Type of appearance and behavior in different nations, along with human lives, evolve with or without same meaning, which are no doubt part of its culture, and partly become a revelation of certain ideas and values of a nation. But whether we could learn from both of those kind of things are not always the same in every kind of observation. In other words, it depends on the observation or fashion in the society.



In many circumstances, some difference among cultures can clearly reflect from the act and costume in the same circumstance. Clothes in different times and nations no doubt represent their looming technique and the tradition it esthetic ideas, which somehow reveal its society situation. Luxury silk have long become Roman’s favorite clothes materials , while Greek, who dress flax cloth, favored the style of simple, which is the very case of the reflectiveness on society tradition of the appearance. As for, relation may be even tighter. Action of people is not only determined by the culture tradition, that behaviors are habitually act ever and
inherited from the past, but also contains the temporal reality of the world.
For instance, originally, there are great distinguished attitudes towards the interests paying among the transaction of financial loans between Islam, Jewish and other western nations: the former regards it as a shame and reject to accept during business, the middle believe it is natural and willing to do that business, the last has a complicated attitudes and do it depends time. But now, under the background of globalization, people in Muslim countries are more likely to engage in the market economy and construction of the financial system. The metropolis in UAE even try to become one of the important financial centers all over the world. In other words, human social acts are always between the confliction between the heritage work and creative changes, which signify the past and present their society indeed.
However，we can also find some important characteristic in nation cannot be simply judged from the appearance and behaviors, say knowledge constitution in different ethnical groups. Especially for those well developed civilizations, some are fond of arithmetics, some are crazy for philosophy and geometry, while some like to research the medicine. All of those traditions just cannot be summarized from the two factors. How could we know what the difference between the knowledge in Chinese tradition and Jewish tradition by the wearing among these peoples?


Even if the out contents are no less than the clear sign of distinctiveness, in so far as they are too slight to notice, we are still not capable of telling them outside. problem also exists in the comparison among the similar or neighbor cultures. For instance, although it is not a tough task for even a pupil to distinguish people in a African tribe and in east Asia, it is really uneasy to point out the differences of the characters and moods among folks who coming from the Countries in Scandinavia for even a westerner , without the special knowledge.


In sum, judging mental meaning of a society from its people’s acting and wearing is some sort of effectiveness. But we can still find some aspects of the spiritual contribution which cannot be inferred from the double aspects. So the statement itself is not always persuasive, though it is insightful sometimes.
