Immediate relatives
The Immigration and Nationality Act allows immediate relatives of U.S. citizens to immigrate to the United States.
Immediate relatives are defined as: the spouse, widow(er), unmarried children under 21 and parents of a U.S. citizen who is 21 or older.
Spouse, parents and grand parents, children and grand children, brothers and sisters, mother in law and father in law, brothers in law and sisters in law, daughters in law and sons in law. Adopted and step members are also included in immediate family.
再远的没提了 是不是说他们认为再远就不算了?还是我miss了些什么
