很头疼，直接去签F2，还是B转F2？

今年年初的时候签过B1/B2，还在有效期内。
刚刚结婚了，打算跟老公去陪读，他PhD还有一年毕业，如果过去的话，我应该是F2身份。
但是，我家人之前申请过移民签证，还在排期，所以不知道怎么办好，请指点一下。
我自己之前在美国读书，然后海归，现在去陪读。

我如果先以B签证入境，入境之后转身份，不知道行不行的通，有什么利弊？
如果直接去大使馆签F2，不知道概率大不大，有什么障碍？万一被拒，会不会导致之前的B签证失效？
或者其它什么建议。情况就是这样，很头疼，请给点建议，非常感谢。

My understand is that you should go with B, and then try to apply to change to F2, but it will also be very hard.

The key point is that you have applied green card, which conflicts with F1/2 visa's one standard requirement - only goal is to study in US, no immigration.

Once you applied for green card, your immigration information is in the system, and you will never get F1 visa again in China. I doubt you will also get rejected in US, but could be a slim chance to get approved if the officer ignored something and wants to go home for dinner ASAP.

That's why when people applied for PR, and then does not want to go back to China until approved. Because almost only H1B visa allows epople have immigration application. If ou can find a job, you can sure apply for H1B, or like most other people they just waited at home.

Did you apply for PR by your self? If not, I guess you can come to US as the dependent or visitor to the primary applicant. But for F visa, alsmot impossible. Sorry, this is just what I understand.
