      Government should pay more attention to the immediate problem of today than the future. Because the official departments always possess more information and solutions about present issues than future event. And the temporary works are always more tightly tied with the people, which is the important responsibility of the government. Moreover, no other than the governments of those big countries could confront and tackle with the significant crisis, which related with the existence of human being, at present.
       Compared with the problems in the future, the present is more understandable. Sometimes, like public, neither the government nor its scientists are capable of predicting what will happen tomorrow. Solving these problems, to some extent, means gambol some the public wealth on probability, which cannot be persuasive when compared with some items which can directly increase the public welfare. If the potential reward has not appeared as promised by then, as the British Governmental investment in the agriculture of the Central Africa in the middle Africa in the middle of 20th century, then the government will lose the faith of the public and the realization of all the policies. So the chasing the solution of the future problem may bring too much risks to be afforded by the government.
      Moreover, government, as the collector of the tax and public revenue, are more suitable for dealing with some urgent problems, say calamity. To prevent the loss of property and sacrifices of human lives, whatever in the Katrina Typhoon or the Famines in Africa, only governments can sustain the input of kinds of force and goods for helping those people as soon as possible. According to the claims of John Locke, government is supposed to exist only when it could provide its citizens more human security and protection for citizenship.
      What’s more, governments of the powerful countries, represent not only their citizens but also the humans, are responsible for dealing with significances of the human. As the global warming become more and more severe, its prevalent damage calls for the cooperation of people all over the world. Their governments on one hand own enough representativeness to speak on behalf of their people, on other hand could practice and examine the enforcement of agreement. Anyway, problem nowadays, like global warming, definitely influence the human’s live at least today. Solving these problems may potentially reduce the troubles in the future.
      In sum, government should care more about the problems today than in future, because the fulfillment of works in today is always easier than predicting tomorrow. And protecting people’s is also the responsibility of the government. Moreover, without today, tomorrow is not important for people.
