Life is a road with lots of intersections, with various guideposts directing diverse life experience. On such turnings, different choices can be made about the directions to take or even just stop. Life is full of choices.

There are frequently plentiful options offering at decisive crossroads, of a nation, group or individual. Our daily life serves multitude apt examples. Consider one who has taken the college test, facing so many dream universities, through the nation or abroad. One can make his/her decision according to the location of a university, its reputation, the quality of its teaching faculty and research facilities, the opportunity for internship and a qualified job and so forth. After graduation, he/she will face choices again as whether finding a job, its field, location, the supervisor, welfare and salary, or further you education to add a gold to you resume in the future. Even sometimes one feels exhausted about something and have no better alternatives to turn to, he/she can choose to hold on or quit, regardless of its consequence.

Sometimes, we feel having no choices and have to let the plausible destiny lead the way. In those cases, there is no necessarily no option, but under external pressure, we choose to give up. It appears like some formidable destiny force us to choose. We don't want to conflict with our colleagues, exceed the moral standards firmly held by the society, or offense the law. Cite some illustrations, when one is fired for unqualified working ability, has to divorce for unsuitable character after some years marriage. Most irresistible ones are the irretrievable aging with years, illness and inexorable death. We feel so helpless to do anything faced with such things. However there is still something you can choose anyhow, and there is your attitude.

When fired, one can choose to idle away or brace him/her up to active improve his/her working ability for be reemployed perhaps in better position. Has to part company with one’s beloved, he/she can choose between be lost in pain of past experience or cherish them as a sweet and forever memory in retrospect and set out one again to find a better future. Aging, one can choose age with year physical and psychological or keep young in heart. Get disease? One can be active to treat them, keeping a positive attitude to get rid from it soon. While when faced death, we can live every day to its potential and never regret, or obsesses with insecure sense and clings to something and till the last minute.

Choices are rarely lack for the great man, who can not only make their decisions according to but can create many. For instance, the oil baron Rockwell once said, if he were rid of everything and were discarded in the desert, he can rebuild the whole dynasty. We pay no skepticism on such appearing arbitrary words for we knew he is just equipped with such ability, not only make the best of opportunities but create multitudes as well. We all can do this; the first thing to do is choose the best attitude.

Choices never absent if your open you eyes wide enough and be positive. And sometimes the best choices are just around us if we have a creative mind.
