目前在看文献中碰到了两个问题，自己无法搞明白，希望大家能够给予帮助，谢谢！

（1）我在有关烟碱的文献中看到
(−)-Nicotine hydrogen tartrate salt，请问nicotine这个词之前的(−)-这个符号的意思是什么，(+)又代表什么？（2）Nicotine hydrogen tartrate salt was dissolved in saline at 0.35mg/kg(all doses reported in freebase nicotine weight)，请问这句话的意思是什么？freebase nicotine weight指的是什么意思？

1)have no idea. maybe negative charge of the compound...
2) the weight of free-base nicotine...
free-base nicotine, i guess it is just a form of nicotine when it's chemically manipulated.

anyway, i cannot type in Chinese, maybe confuse you even more......
