I'm not sure to which extent they will help. I personally feel they do help. But please follow their rule of "one submission for every person". After that, you can also contact them by email. Here is their email address: visas@nas.edu.

Also, have you contacted the international student office (it may have other name) in your school? They could be very helpful. Talk to them and see whether they have any solution, e.g., writing an email to the State Representative's office. At least, when your case approaches the 60-day deadline, they can start inquires on your behalf. They have dealt with many cases of international students, so they must know policies much better than students.

You can also email FMJVisas@state.gov or call +1-202-663-1225 to check your status, though that may not help too much, but they do respond! And send emails to the consulate/embassy where you applied for visa. Depending on the consulate/embassy, they may reply or not, but there's no hurt to try, right?
