I strongly agree with the speaker to the extent that every aspect of society may benefit greatly from international influences, however we should not be overly optimistic to leave its negative effect out of consideration.
The society benefits a lot from the growth of global networks. As to education, people have access to more and more opportunities to the cutting-edge science. While in the field of politics, there are so many problems are solved by international cooperation among governments. More and more international cultural and academic exchange programs are held which help to produce significant international impact and favorable social effect. I admit that every aspect of society have benefit from international influences.
However, there are also negative effects on the society taken by international influences. As a part of the global networks, the economics of a society is easily influenced by the globalized economic. Though we benefit a lot, there are still a lot of lessons teaching us to keep calm. There counties benefit greatly from export. With the sharp upturn of GDP result from international influences, the society also depends more on that and once tight financial policies are taken, the whole society would be taken by the throat. That is what happens to export-oriented enterprises in China and India. Also the internationalized communication is carrying threaten together with convenience to every corner of the world. So people's online actions are more and more dangerous with exposed to more viruses. We should never blindly accept whatever the international influences bring us.
However, we human being can keep the side-effects under control so that we can benefit more. Since the growth of global networks has become an irresistible trend of contemporary world development and we should not deny. What we should do is to embrace it with both a tolerant manner and alert mind. The international influences are forming both gospel and challenge to every aspect of society what's the most urgent task is to be self-reliance and independence. That seems somewhat self-contradictory but is the precondition of obtaining benefit and keeping away from negative effect at the same time. In the field of economic, a society should place importance on the industry equilibrium and in the field of politics we should persist to the independent sovereignty, and as to arts, we should development our social characteristics.
In summary, we will benefit quite greatly from international influences, but we should not lose alert mind, and societies should focus more on the development of a healthy and strong structure so that they can benefit more and keep from potential dangerous.
