Thanks to dramatic technical advancement, inventions like telephone and television are changing our daily life under our awareness. Assuming that you live in a house without both of them, I just feel like I could not bear the boringness. When it comes to the comparison of these two inventions, I personally prefer television and think it exert more influence to human beings. The way people receive and exchange information has been changed by television. People become more knowledgeable [url=]thanks to [/url][U1] the television. In addition, television affect economy and people’s attitude towards life indirectly.

First of all, before television became popular, newspapers and radios are the main medium[url=] of information broadcast and exchange[/url][U2] . My father often mentions his experience in listening to radios programs with his friend during [url=]his [/url][U3] university time. Limited[url=] with only voice[/url][U4] , they need to image the pictures in their mind when a severe football competition was broadcasting. Then, the appearance of television somehow replaced the radio and became as the key [url=]medium [/url][U5] of information in people’s life. Though, newspapers and radios are still welcomed by certain people, especially some elders who [url=]are[/url][U6] used to radio programs in their morning exercise. However, to young adult like me, vivid pictures and various alternative programs are more appealing.

It’s also undoubtedly that, our life has been enriched by television to a large extent. There are hundreds of options in television and one can definitely find his/her favorite among them. Even the daily news report programs has different [url=]type[/url][U7] cove the wide rang from local news to international affairs, which broaden people’s vision globally. Not to mention the various movies and talk shows [url=]those [/url][U8] bring a lot of entertainment to people’s daily life. Television also creates a learning platform [url=]with[/url][U9] its educational programs concerning the topics such as National Geography or Culture express. As far as I’m concerned, television plays the most important role in introducing scientific knowledge to common [url=]ones[/url][U10] .

Moreover, television stimulates the economy in the boom of consumer market. Ceaseless advertisements attract people’s eyes on new product and persuade them to buy it immediately. In that case, companies enjoy profit by putting advertisement on television and people receive more information of advanced product from these advertisement. Thus, it’s a way benefit both as well as the society as a whole. [url=]People tend to be more open to the outside world and care more about global issues such as environment protection by international programs on television. [/url][U11]

In a nutshell, television has more profound effect to people’s life nowadays and future development, whereas telephone’s influence is somehow limited by the change of how people communicate with each other.
