The speaker claimed that most people choose a career always considering its practical conditions such as the needs of economy, the relative case of finding a job or how much salary can they expect to make rather than based on their natural talents or interest in these kind of job. Although I concede that salary is obviously important for a person to find the job either. However, I disagree with the speaker's assertion as a one-sided statement for the following reasons.

In my view, people decide which job should be accepted should based on his or her natural talents or interest in a particular kind of work. Furthermore, the people who are finding a job should not just concerning about how many benefits the company or enterprise can give, but whether the work or job is suitable for him or her. It is because that people will suffer much press and feel much boring from the job they were not satisfied with, and I think that they will no longer to stay in this kind of work. Thus, can he or she gets much more salary? No, the salary means nothing at this time.

As far as I am concerned, people should try to find a job not only can make a considerable salary, but also they are interested in the job. However, it is too hard to find this kind of job in contemporary society. In my opinion, it is easier to find a job that people are interested in. And for a long-term consideration, we should prefer a job that we are interested in or have a great talent, and we maybe can get a satisfactory salary. For example, a person who is acquiring not much more salary, but have a great interesting in his job. As a result of his interest and passion of work, he may work harder and harder, then, he will absolutely come to the fore someday in the future. With the benefits he was made for the company, the boss will satisfied with him and raised his salary without question. In this situation, he got both of the content salary and a job that he was interested in. In the contrary, a person who has no interest in his or her job can not make a good sense of him or her, and even harm to the company.

In sum, in contemporary society, with the increasing number of humanity, people can find a totally satisfied job is harder and harder, what we should do is try our best to get a job that we have interest in or have natural talents. If we do so, with the time go on, we will get a satisfactory feedback in the future.
