What job is to people so water is to fish. Job is one of the most essential things that people must go through in their lives. Nevertheless, what's the most significant aspect of a job? For some people, the most crucial aspect of a profession is the money a person earns, whereas others maintain that people work because they can obtain a sense of accomplishment. From my personal perspective, it's a very complex question and the answer of this question should be depended on the specific situation.

For the people who are faced with the problem of poverty, money indeed plays an indispensible part when selecting occupation. Considerable though measures have been taken to improve people's living standard, the gap between wealthy people and indigent people is still a severe problem in our society. There is a large quantity of poor people who cannot afford their daily expense, such as their children's tuition. For instance, compared with engineer, the salary of most laborers is tremendously low. Their financial circumstance doesn't allow them do the things they want. They cannot purchase lavish merchandise and they even cannot offer their children a better education. For this group of people, money is the most vital aspect of a job.

Nonetheless, some people don't regard money as their first choice in their career. When choosing for an occupation, they usually pay attention to whether it can provide a sense of accomplishment for them. Teacher can be the best illustration. There is an increasing number of people, at present, dedicating themselves into the development of education. Although they are not highly paid, they are fond of the process of tutoring their students. The more talents they cultivate, the more proud they feel.

Manifestly, all the analysis warrants a sound consequence that there are many different aspects that can impact on our options of a vocation and we should judge the situation and make our optimal choices. What's more, due to the existence of the gap between rich people and indigent people, government should put more effort to solve this problem.
