芬兰学生签证面试要准备什么

大家好。
我月底要去签证，去芬兰，邀请函从芬兰到武汉大概要多久啊。
面试需要准备吗，是用中文还是英文呢？一年多没碰英语了，要是用英文面试的话，还得准备准备签证官问的问题。
还有就是大使馆网页上说的材料：
Invitation from the hosting research institution or company, detailing your pay, the duration of your stay and the details of your duties Hosting agreement (an agreement which a research institution signs with a researcher)其中Hosting agreement是什么？
