(09.02.21 NA) Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Newspapers and magazines are the best ways to learn about a foreign country?

Although newspapers and magazines are two very convenient and economical methods for people to get information, I think they are not the best ways to learn about a foreign country. In my opinion, newspapers and magazines can provide only very limited information about a country, which is far from enough to learn about a foreign country. I think the best way to know a country is travelling.
On the one hand, the only information we can get from newspapers and magazines are articles and pictures. One of the biggest problems of this kind of information is that it is not dynamic. All the things the readers can see are stable这词用的不恰当吧still行不行?and quiet. However, many impressive and representative things of a foreign country are the onesthose? in motion. Take the dragon dancing in China as an example. No matter how skilled the writer and the应该加上the吧~ photographer can be, they can not recur the dancing totally in an report. The best way for people to know it is watching Watch/to watch?觉得用watching不大合适the dancing themselves, so they can listen to the music, follow the dancers or even have a try themselves.
On the other hand, the reports on newspapers and magazines are written by the reporters and modified by the editors. This means the information we can get is from other people's point of view but not ourselves. Everyone has his/her individual interests, so it is possible that what the authors would like to say is not what you want to see. In other words, the things that may interest you most may not the onesThose吧? that the authors would like to report. One experience of mine may demonstrate this well. I traveled to Spain years ago, and I was very lucky to see a fashion show there. When I back to China, I found a report in a travel magazine about that show, which described mainly about the traditional clothes about Spain. However, what interested me most were not these traditional ones, but the modern fashions designed by a local designer. Therefore, if I was never been there myself, I can not know much about that from the report.

To sum up, I would like to say newspapers and magazines are not the best ways to learn about a foreign country due to the limited forms of their reports. The best way I recommend is travelling. Only in this way, people can额,我不太懂语法,但是这句话不应该是only in this way can people ....么? get a direct and intuitive instinct(means without being told or without thinking about it first)可能更恰当一些~intuition是with out considering facts or reasons view of foreign countries.
之前发错了。。。抱歉。。。。

Nowadays, the education of younger school children has been found has great impact on their future life. (这个长句厉害,第一开始没看懂,是不是It has been found that the education of younger school children has great impact on their future life.)In my opinion, these young children not only should be taught the lessons of math, history and language, but also should learn some art and music.(很棒) In this way, can young children get more knowledge about this world and express their ideas in a much more direct form. Also, during the training, we can even calculate some geniuses and help them to be great artists in the future.(两个理由很不错啊)

First of all, learning some knowledge of art and music will help the children build up balanced knowledge of this world and express their own point of view. As we know, the knowledge of the world is not only limited within the subjects of math, science, history, language and so on. A lot of ideas and notions are expressed by the form of art and music. Sometimes, these forms of expression are much impressive and powerful than others. Take the environment protection as an example.(这里是不是用,) Young children are too young to understand complex analysis and data in research reports. However, if we provide them two pictures, one of them is about the original beautiful environment, and the other is about the polluted area, children can find the difference between these two pictures well. In fact, many trained children even have expressed their ideas and discoveries about this kind of issue in the form of painting. (很不错的例子)

Another example is about music. In China, the traditional music is very creative; there are many classic tunes about the nature, love stories and so on. My nephew, he is 8 years old, like this kind of music very much, he can even recognize the imitation of the sound of rivers, birds, wind and so on. I think this is very helpful for him to learn to be creative and calculate (这里做什么解:计算?)his ability of imagination.

In addition, sometimes we can find very talented children in the classes of art and music, and help them to be great artists and musicians in the future. Many talented children show their ability at a young age when they are in primary school. They are eager to learn the form of art they interested. After several years of training, some of them can even arrive at a high level. A little boy in my community was discovered like playing piano very much when he entered school at the age of 6, his teacher encouraged him to practice and get professional instruction. 4 years later, he is skilled at piano and can play that even better than many adults. I believe if he keep on the practice and try to learn more, he will be a very good player in the future.(很棒的例子)

To sum up, I would like to say that study arts and music are very important and meaningful to the younger school children, and every school should consider them as their basic lessons.

能写这么长,而且举例不费劲,很厉害了。学习了。

Nowadays whether students should take part-time jobs while they are studying in universities has aroused wildly discussion among people. Some people argue that taking part-time jobs can improve the students' life and provide them working experiences which is beneficial for their further career. However, I think taking part-time job is not so positive to the students, and the following are my two main reasons.
On the one hand, if students spend too much energy on part-time jobs, their study will be influenced negatively. Nowadays, the study in university is really not easy to most of the students. Take my major electronic engineering as an example, we have to spend more than 10 hours on studying every day in order to get a good score. Therefore, we seldom have much free time to do part-time jobs. If we force ourselves to work extra hours, we will be too tired to focus on our study. In fact, if we really get good scores, we can get a lot of scholarship which is enough to support our daily life and can even pay for the tuition.
On the other hand, I think taking part-time jobs can not really benefit the students’ career life in the future. Generally, part-time jobs which students can find are some very simple and low-paid ones, such as cleaning, selling books, and washing dishes. However, when students graduate, they are expected to find superior and professional jobs such as engineers, accountants, and secretaries. No graduated students would like to do the simple and low-paid job as those part-time jobs. Moreover, less and less companies judge these easy part-time job experiences important when they enroll new employees. So the so called "experience" is in fact not valuable for the students after they graduate.
In fact, if students would like to get working experiences, they can find many other ways to do it. For example, working in the lab as assistant and being internship are two very good choices. From them, students can get valuable experience on their major and even get paid.
To sum up, I'd like to say taking part-time jobs is not a good choice for university students. It wastes students' time and energy, and not useful for their future career life. In my opinion, they should focus on their study, try to get good scores and find other more valuable chances to get experiences.
论证很严密,例子相当充实,一看就知道是写作文的高手了,主要是几个加S的地方要注意,其他的只有向你学习的地方了,呵呵~加油!
