The auther assarts that education should take into account the specific needs and interests of each students so that it can be effective.In several respects,if each students receive a education that can meet their special requirements,their study would be much more effective.However,I fundamently disagree with the auther because in contemporary society.proivde such kind of education is not only impossible,but also unnecessary.
To begin with,demands and interests of students will motive them to pay more attention on their learning and thus seek for a better understanding of the knowledge.Albert Einstain once said:interest is the best teacher.Without interests,students will learn in a passive way,and regard study as a mission,not to say try to be professional in the subjects.But if they have demands and interests,the situation would be completely different.For example,Bill Gates,the richest person in contemporary,the subjects in university didnot satisfy his demands,so he dropped out school before graduation,to persue his interest in computer science.It's undenible that his interests lead him to today's success.
also,students won't give up easily is they can learn with interests.As we all know,there are many frustrations and problems in our learning that might hinder our progress.Some students will loss their confidence of persist on and give up.They regard study as a boring and hard task that beyond their ability.At this situation,strong demands and interests began to take effort.For example, I learned piano and painting since I was a child,but I gave uo piano later,for I it so hard for me and I donot have much interest on it.On the contrary,until now,I still learning painting on every weekends.
Despite the merits of the statement,however,the auther ignores several disadvantages this kind of education would make.There is a vigous defination of "effective".In my mind,effective education comes when the students  can meet the demand of society and help them to realive their dreams.With the development of society,especially under the context of globalization,talents that have knowledge cross several subjects and can handle different jobs are increasingly indispensable.Can we imagine a person who are excel at physics but have no knowledge of computer and can survive in modern society?The answer is clearly no.Thus,We need to provide the students general education until they have firm foundation of basic knowledge,and only under this premise,education should focus more on how to develop the students own interests and needs.
In addition ,for many students,they actually donot know what they really need and which is their paritcular interest.And it's not easy for them to make a firm choice for their interests and needs are changing with their growth and the progress of society.Wen I was a child,I want to be a famous scientist in the future as many classmates do,later in high school,I want to become a engineer who have a wide knowledge of computer science,so I can create the computer games I like.Nevertheless,after I entered university,I really want to be a successful enterpreneur that earn lots of money as Bill Gates do,so I want to learn economics.The experience of myself and my classmates tells me that it is not wise to let the students deside what to learn in a early time.
Finally,I would like to say that in modern society,it is still unfeasible to provide every student specifc education.Many schools are still lack of educational resources,especially in  the poor countries,their facilities in the laborary are out-of-date,books in the libiary cannot update on time.Even in the developed countries,it's impossible to access all resources that can meet each students's needs.In short,it is still a dream for every students receive such kind of education.
Consider from the other side,I would like to say that there are many method that can help students receiver better education.Such as enhance the cooperation better schools, create more chances for students to make knowledge into practice and so on.In order to develop their own interest,school should try to hire teachers in several fields,update the facilities,in this situation,the schools have done the best to attain effective education.
In conclusion,the author somewhat overstate the importance of distinct education,which neglect it's disadvantages and certain condition.In order to .....
