千篇一律之----非典型F1香港1000过

背景：
交大98年毕业。
2001年香港可达毕业
工作2年
专业：机械系自控
学校：前20

上星期去过一次，结果发现sevis尚无纪录。郁闷，折返。昨天米国人打电话来说可以去了
。于是决定今天去。7:00am起床，坐地铁，过海，中环出站，经过长江中心，中银大厦，
阳光从低压的乌云里射出，心情一般。8:15到花园道的美领馆。稀稀落落的排了10个人左
右。也有人坐在一旁的凳子上，不予我们一般见识，到交表时才排在了队尾，一幅很叼的
样子。门警很热情，不像传说中上海那样凶狠的说。问我有没有带雨扇，要不要寄存。保
可以水深带。电脑排号，G6，心想，g, 6, 很好啊，G-六，过-了。好兆头啊。

进了签证小厅，不是很大。来签的人有本地人，主要是商务，旅游，菲律宾人，主要是签
随行。还有西方人漠阳的人，不知道钱什么。飞花少将。等号期间，建议多看看各个窗口
的签证管。他们通常会和正在面世的人有说有笑，对于调节紧张心情非常有效。大约等了
10分钟，
“Ticket No.G6, please go to window 8.”
到我了。起身。心想管他nnd,豁出去了。故作整顿，因为听说要给米国人一点时间一边了
解自己的材料。
Me: me
Vo: visa officer (female, of 40 years age, Chinese ethnic)

Me: Good morning madam! (Loud enough for her to receive even after the window)

Vo: Morning, please use the phone. (香港这里用探监模样的对讲系统，签证官用head
set, 外面用电话。等号期间已知道，故意大声一点，是为了给个好印象。前辈有云)
Me: Thanks.
Vo: What’s your name?
Me: My name is ….
Vo: So where are you going?
Me: Well. I was admitted to xxx university. Actually I was offered a full fina
ncial support. I’m going to study for a PhD’s degree.
Vo: Good.
Me: Thanks.
Vo: So are you working or a student? (faint, exactly the same question I’ve p
repared, 说明签经还是有用的。)
Me: I’m now working for xxx company. I’ve been with it for two years. My wor
k is about the control of AC motors.(这种时候通常要多说一点。)
Vo: What’s your salary in the company?
Me: My annual income is about 230,000 dollars. I’ve got a tax statement. You
can see my income there. Do you want to have a look?
Vo: sure. 给他。看了3秒钟。Good.
Me: Madam, I’ve prepared a resume for you. Do you want to have a look?
Vo: Oh, that’ll be just good.
Me: here you are.
Vo: 接过，看了5秒钟。Oh, there’s a motto here. See what it is. You only have
to do a very few things right in you life, as long as don’t do too many thing
s wrong. Oh, good motto! (基本上是自言自语)
Me: （赶境接上）Thanks! 心想忧喜了。
Vo: Where you get it?
Me: Actually I read it from the marketing catalog in our company. I found it’
s intriguing. （感觉她根本没看我的建立，到狮泉在看motto）
Vo: so how long have you been here?
Me: I’ve being reading for a master’s …(正准备多说点)
Vo: Just how long?
Me: Five years altogether.
Vo: Oh. Writing…….
Me: I’ve also brought my transcripts here. Do you want to have a look?
Vo: Oh great. That will be very helpful. I know it must be very good. But I st
ill want to have a look.
Me: Here you are. The first is for Master, the second for undergraduate.
Vo: Ohm. Reading for 7 seconds. What is “AU” in you master’s transcripts?

Me: Oh. It’s for audit. No credit.
Vo: Wow! Your scores are great!
Me: Thanks!
Vo: Writing something….. 然后看着我。
Me: So…. (I don’t know when she has put the pink card under the window.
Vo: It’s ok now.
Me: So when Can I get the visa? (very happy).
Vo: Come back at four o’clock in the after noon. It’s on the card.
Me: Thank you for your time.


虽然香港前可能和上海不太一样，有些东西还是可以借鉴的。一下使我的几点体会。感觉
她对我的印象很不错，谈得挺自然的。有说有笑的。
1．        工作过的最好着装正式点，好一点的衬衫配好一点的领带，头发整理整理。给他的感
觉是，咱工作不错，日子挺滋润。
2．        等号期间，建议多看看各个窗口的签证管。他们通常会和正在面世的人有说有笑，对
于调节紧张心情非常有效。
3．        一定要自信。说话大声，清楚。自然一点。是在会话，不是朗诵，也不是演讲。中国
人讲鬼话，语法错误没关系，慢一点也没关系。发音不准也没关系。最总要意思表达清楚
。
4．        准备25问时，尽量选用口语，短句子。想象一下和一个美国人，用很长的，who, whi
ch, where, when, 连篇的句子交流，搞不好就将不清楚，或连自己都不觉得的情况下表错
意。
5．        简历上放个座右铭什么的还是很好的主意。面试前一天晚上港看到一片1000经，有提
到这一点。注意当米国人看偶简历时，似乎别的都没看，倒是在那句座右铭上纠缠了半天
，搞得我很爽。
6．        觉得上海的签经都有提到签证官要简历。既然这样，为什么不干脆以上去就主动找机
会塞给他呢？其实这东西挺好，简洁明了，而签证官就那几10秒钟。换了我，也想看一下
。

祝大家顺利拿到花花绿绿的签证。当你看见自己的尊容竟然和林肯先生摆在同一水平线上
的时候，会是什么样的感觉？太爽了。
