题目： Making decision on one's own or having others make decision for us.

Should we make decision on our own? It is a hard question to answer because every one gets her own view. According to a rencent statistic, people can get quite amused when talking on this question. Some experts say that we should recognize the potential danger of limiting our vision in either of the two sides. From my perspective, I prefer the former one.

Not only can we get a psychological satisfaction, but we also acquire confidence and encouragement if we make a decision on our own. Making a decision by ourselves can lead us to a pleasant feeling that we are working for our own value. Thus, the work can be done in high efficiency. Take Yuan Longping, a biology specialist in China, as an example. As the project manager in his working group, he is the absolute director. The whole research project is made by himself.  As a result, the research is proceeding without any delay and finally get succeed. His work member said that he always made his decision strictly and we can never get any chance to change it. Indeed, his persistence in his decision let the programme work smoothly. Making decision by himself contributes to his achievement.

After making decisions, what is the next procedure? Yes, just make it into reality. However, if other people make the decision, it is hard to imagine that we can do our work perfectly. Interests is to power what foundation is to a skyscraper. It is impossible for us to try out best to execute others' decision. What makes us more concerned is that sometimes we may misunderstand the original idea of others. Based on different consideration, the comprehandion can be varieties. In consequence, the value of the decision may settle for a lot less. Even there is a possibility that the difference of understanding brings about totally contradictory result.

Having others making decisions for us is not entirely worthless. With others' help. We should fully recognize the potential danger of limiting our vision in our decision. In other words,  contradicting views and ideas could aware us of the mistakes and flaws in our work which we can not discover by ourselves, bring us fresh angles and perspectives, and then make our work mature and complete. That is to explain why we should listening to the experts' suggestion.


Considerable though the advantages of taking others' decisions ,they cannot compete with the benefits of making decisions on one's own.
It is an adequate and caring choice。
