Some people think making sure that others (influential people or potential employers) know about your strengths and accomplishments can help you succeed, if you do not do this, you won’t have a successful life.

Recently, there is general discussion over ways for people to be successful.One question under debate is whether making others know about one's strenth and accomplishments can help he or she succeed. Some people disagree with the issue, considering people's demonstration may incur repulsion. However, contrary to their point of view is my heartfelt agreement with this issue, for I hold that showing our strengthes and accomplishments to others will enhance our job opportunities and promotion opportunities.

The first reason I want to put forward is that showing your merits to potential employers may help you to keep a favorable position in job market, that mean, a person may have more chances to gain a good job if his potential employers realizes he will be a good employee. As can be seen in the statics of inverstigaion provided by Yahoo, eighty-one percent of employees who thought she or he had a good job saied they had talked to the employers about their strengths and accomplishment. One participator of this investigation told the journalist that thanks to an e-mail he sent to his employer, he beated all of the competitors and got the job he is having now. This provides a tipical illustration of demonstration help enhance job opportunities.

Another important reason that should be noted is that letting influential people know your strenths and accomplishment will enhance your promotion opportunities. There is no denying the fact that leaders like to let excellent employee to get promotion. This give rise to a question to the leaders that which employee is excellent. We know that the one who have rights to make decision about promotion is very busy everyday, and he or she doesn't have time to know every employee's job performance. If an employee, for example, often talsk about his or her tasks he or she is doing to the leader and let the leader know how outstanding he or she is, the leader may know he or she is an excellent employee, and his or her promotion opportunities will be more than others.

Nevertheless, despite many advantages of making others know about one's strenth and accomplishments, it is not without its problem. Improper demonstration sometimes will incur repulsion from others. Just think if a person sent three e-mails to his superior, how his superior will feel? If his collgues know about this,won't they think he is a vain person? When all of a person's superiors and colleges dislike him, could he or she be succeed? He can't, of course.In this situation, he or she won't be succeed at least in this company.

Everyone is eager to be succeed. Only when we job opportunities and promotion opportunities can we win the competition of living and working. making sure that others know about your strengths and accomplishments is an excellent way to get the two, so that it is a necessary means device to gain a success life. While at the same time we shouldn't use improper ways to demonstrate ourselves..

First of all, contrary to the point of view in the passage that global fossil trade would make the fossils be donated to museums is the speaker's belief that global fossil trade makes a great exposure of fossils. The fossil hunting make a lot of fossils available, while the libraries or museums can exposure so many fossils.

Secondly, the speaker hold the view that scientists won't miss any important information, while the passage states that scientists are likely to lose access to some of the most important fossils. All of the fossils must be identified its value by scientists before they are put in trade, so that scientists can sail the performance of all fossils.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: Parents should allow children to make their own choices rather than determine their children’s future for them.

Recently, there is general discussion over education. One question under debate is whether parents should determine their children's future for them. Some people agree with it, considering parents are more knowledgeable. However, contrary to their point of view is my heartfelt agreement with the idea that parents should allow children to make their own choices, for I hold that children might under adverse effects if their parents determine their life.

The first reason I want to put forward is that parents make decision for children may kill the children's interest. As can be seen in the statistics of investigation released by Yahoo, fifty-three percent young adults who have been graduated less than a decade are not interested in their profession. One participator of this survey said that he had great interest in film while his parents insisted that he must become an engineer. At last he majored mechanical engineering in university. And he is an unhappy engineer with a small salary. This provides a typical illustration of children's interest killed by parents.

Another important reason that should be noted is that children might loss their ability to make decision if parents always make decisions for them. My cousin Tom is a young man who is not able to make any decisions himself. He has hardly made any decisions since he was a child. His mother told him which books to read, which school to go, which major to have in university, and even which girl to marry. As a result, Tom even couldn't decide what to wear in his wedding. Tom's experience make me realize that children will not be able make decision if their make all of decisions for them.

Nevertheless, despite many disadvantages for children that let parents determine their future, it is not without its benefit. Parents are more knowledgeable. They know more about the society and life. Their decisions are always right, while children like to make decisions without deep consideration. What's more, parents love their children, and they want children to be happy and succeed. Every decision they make for us is the best one in their mind.

Everyone is eager to be succeed. No one can success if he has a job he doesn't like, or he is a person who could not make decision himself. These are just two of the negative consequence that parents determine children's future. So that children must make choices themselves. While at the same time children should take their parents' advice in account.

Recently, there is general discussion over policy in governments and institutions. One question under debate is which aspect governments should pay more attention, health-care issues or environmental issues. Some people insist governments on taking care of. However, contrary to this point of view is my heartfelt agreement with that governments should pay more attention to health-care issues, for the following reasons.

The first reason I want to put forward is that almost none of people tend to invest on health-care programs. As can be seen in the statistics of investigation released by Yahoo, ninety-one percent of people is willing to contribute toward education, seventy-seven percent of them have willing to check out for children, but there are only thirty-night percent of people want to make donations to patients who cannot afford their remedy. This statistic data gives a full illustration to the fact that the public don't want to pay attention to health-care issues.

Another reason that should be noted is that there are a lot of people need the society to pay attention to their fitness. Since the public cannot pay enough attention to them, it is the responsibility of governments to take care of them. My classmate Lily suffered from stomach cancer when she was sixteen, and her parents are too poor to pay the bills of hospital treatment expense. When Lily wanted to abandon treatment, the government paid eighty percent of her medical fee. And after about one year's treatment, Lily was cured. Besides Lily there are millions of people need governments' help but they didn't get help. So that governments should pay more attention to health-care.

Despite health-care is urgent to obtain attention from governments, it is important for governments to pay some attention to environment. The balance of nature has been damaged terribly these years, desertification, deforest, sand storm and drought are more and more critical. In recent years, serious environmental problems have already threatened to the end of human life on earth. Considering this situation, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. That's why governments should pay some attention to environment.

Everyone is eager to succeed. Only when we have sound physical fitness can we win the competition of life and work. Letting governments pay more attention to health-care issues is an excellent way to get it. While at the same time governments should pay some attention to environmental issue.
