It is a common phenomenon that parents tend to help determined the future of their children, while some children are eager to make their own choices. Naturally, different people may hold different opinion about this phenomenon. Personally, the decision made by whom relatively depends on the age of children.
On the one hand, when the children are immature under the age approximate 18, it is necessary for the parents to help them make some significant determinations. Image how a 5 years old girl knows what is advantageous for her. On the contrary, parents are of abundant experience which is more or less helpful for the early development of an adolescent. With the help of parents, children can avoid making various mistakes and get through some tough time as they grow up. That's why most of successful men are brought up in a decent family.
On the other hand, as the children get older, they become gradually mature, being conscious of their strength and short-coming, perceiving the surroundings, exploring their future. Thus it is unwise for the parents continue determining for the children which may interfere in child's individual development. The reason is obvious that as the world is progressing all the time, young people absorb latest information which is totally distinct from this their parents get, which certainly result in their own opinion. To some extent, parents are out of day. In this case, young people should have the right to make their own decision since they can be responsible for their own. What’s more, parents are not able to help children the whole life. There is always one day that children have to face all the problems and make choices themselves. At that time, who can help them? Learning to make choices for future is necessary.
All the above mentioned factors lead to my conclusion that people should consider this problem in the aspect of children’s age. Then the problem is clearly divided into two parts.

Government should more support art museum and music performance than recreational facilities, such as swimming pool or play ground."

Nowadays, as people are living under rapid pace with extremely burden, it is necessary for them to try something else besides daily routine. So some of them like to go art museum and music performance, and some prefer to the recreational facilities such as swimming pool or playground. There is an opinion that government should more support the former ones than the latter. Personally, government should treat these facilities all the same for the several following reasons.

Above all, the main function of these facilities is just for people to comfort themselves no matter appreciating art in museum and concert or having fun in the swimming pool and playground. For little kids, playground is a happy paradise. For the old, art museum maybe is a better choice. For sport fans, swimming pool can turn them on. For the lovers, music performance makes everything romantic. There exists no difference between these two kinds of places. People merely choose where they would like to go and where is more suitable for them. Therefore, why should government treat them differently?

Then if the government more support on art museum and music performance than those recreational facilities, individual and company will take on for private benefits instead. In this case, for the commercial profit, health and safety problems is more likely to be neglected. For instance, it is commonsense that all the equipments in amusement should be tested and retested to make sure players' security, which certainly costs severely. For these private companies without favorable government support, it is hard to shoulder the serious responsibility. Then citizens will be the direct victims.

Furthermore, even if government more supports the art museum and music performance, what positive effect will be made? Improve artistic culture of the whole society? Art is an abstract object which requires personal deep comprehension and appreciation. So around world, only the minority of people with gift of art and persistent training can truly understand it. Now that most of common people can just know art from the surface, why should the government spend more time and money on it? Just keep on is enough.

To sum up, all the above-mentioned factors demonstrate that no advantages will be brought and even some serious problems may be caused if government will do so. So my conclusion is self-evident that there is no need for the government to more support the art career like art museum and music performance than the amusement facilities.

Do you agree or disagree: having jobs with low paying salary and being high secure is better than jobs with high salary but being easy to lost.

Such is human nature that people are always hunting for ideal jobs with high salary and high security. It is frustrating that most people have to choose since the fortune rarely comes. Then there exists such an opinion that having jobs with low salary and high security is better than the opposite alternative. My attitude towards this opinion can be divided into two parts according to individual situations.
Firstly, it can not be denied that the essential purpose of work is earning money to survive. Although some jobs are of high security, the salary is too low to meet the basic need. For example, in a poor family, the bread-maker owns a steady job, but the children are starving to die. A job with high salary can help him go through tough time although it is not so steady, while a secure job with low pay doesn’t help the situation at all. Maybe that's why a large amount of people change their jobs frequently just to make life easier. In this case, the better one is self-evident.

Supposing that the salary is enough to live a basic life, there is no need to pursue jobs with extreme high salary but low security. On the one hand, those jobs with excellent payment always force people to work harder. People are more like a money-earning machine, totally being controlled by work, which is harmful for physical health. On the other hand, besides harsh work, those unsecure jobs also burden heavily in mind. To give a concrete instance, during the financial crisis, those who used to being paid high salary are anxious because it is easier to lose their jobs and more difficult to find a comparable one. To avoid these unfortunate things happen, the job with relative low salary is much better.

So all the above-mentioned factors lead to my conclusion that we should not affirm which pattern of job is better in various situations. Working does not only mean making money, and sometimes people work for personal interest or to achieve personal goal. It is hard to compare these two types of jobs. For some people, high paid jobs can help to cover the daily expense timely. For some one, the stable jobs with relative low salary are more suitable and develop their interest. Also, for some business men, maybe some jobs with high risk can fulfill their ambition.

Recently, a special phenomenon in some elementary school causes people's attention. Not like the basic math, science, history and language classes, music and art classes are no longer compulsory for younger school children. Thus, someone criticizes that children among the age of 5 to 10 years old should be required to study art and music in addition to the basic science subjects. Personally, I support this opinion considering the following reasons.

First of all, music and art can help students release the pressure in study.  For 5 to 10 years old students, math, science, history, language are somehow difficult and boring. But the teachers and parents have high expectation on them, which brings them extreme pressure. For instance, some girls may not good at math or science although they are eager to catch up with the other top students in class. To make up this individual shortage, tremendous effort has to be spared. However, for children in this period of age, such tough learning will make them exhausted and the interest may fade soon. In this case, music and art class can release study pressure, relax painful mind, light learning passion. After listening to music and appreciate art, they can concentrate on the basic science study efficiently and enthusiastically.

Furthermore, learning art at younger age may establish lifetime interest of art, which can benefit their later development. In this social universe, people have to found different kinds of interpersonal relationship. People with abundant interest such as art can make it much easier compared with those confine themselves in a small area of information. To give an example, when some strangers are chatting with each other occasionally in a party, those who are both fans of Michael Jackson can easily get familiar with each other. Since this connection, they are likely to have further corporation and gain help in their own career. On the contrary, those "science genius", "language talent" do not have this advantages, even may feel difficult and upset.

So all the above-mentioned reasons and examples lead to my conclusion that it is necessary for younger school children study art and music. Although they do not directly contribute to children's school mark, the positive effect is significant in the long term.

No matter reading newspaper, watching TV, or waiting for bus and walking along the street, people perceive that as if they are immersing in advertising. In my opinion, there is no doubt that advertising do tell people a lot about a country.

First of all, it reveals people's daily life in different country. What they like to eat, what kind of clothes they prefer, where they would like to go on vacation and so on can all be found in advertising. Because the main function of advertising is to fit in people's habit, find the tendency of new interest and lead people to enjoy their lives. For example, in the United States, hamburger is a kind of popular food since it is both delicious and convenient. To popularize abundant types of hamburger with new tastes, it is necessary to advertise. So that's why from the advertising people can get to know the common life in different countries.

Furthermore, advertising vividly presents the characteristic of various countries. When people hanging around in Paris, they will find the poster on the shop window always conveys a sense of romantic. Perfume, flower, clothes, beauty are among the topics which will never fade. When people are watching TV in German, the car advertisement catches people's eye which sends off a sense of modern technology. As to the advertisement in India, it is much more mysterious compared with other countries

What's the most important, advertising is like a mirror of culture. If one thing is thought fortunate by people in a country, it will be used frequently in advertising. For instance, in China, red means happiness and excitement. People prefer to use this color to advertise during the festival to create a jubilant atmosphere. On the contrary, the producers avoid designing what is considered unlucky in their advertising. In some European countries, someone believes that the number 13 will bring bad luck. Thus from the shape to pronunciation of the number, anything related to it will be excluded.

All the above mentioned reasons and examples demonstrate that Advertising can tell people about a country from many aspects.
