Whether you are satisfied with your present job is a frequent topic of discussion when people used to his work as a career spending most of their life on it. How to ensure the content of job is the crucial problem for corporations for its positive influences on the elevation of the working efficiency.

There are various factors which contribute to the job satisfaction. From my point of view, as working simultaneously means a payment is being most concerned in generally, revenue is one of the chief elements expressing the satisfaction of the stuff. The higher revenues they have, the greater satisfaction they enjoy. Another reason connected with their enjoyment is the working hour and the intensity of their work. It is deniable that everyone would rather like a job with flexible schedule and light work.

However, the current circumstance of working is unexpected for most of the companies. The reality is that people desperate for a negative relationship between payment and gain. In other words, they have an expectation that gaining considerable revenue which is not compatible with their lazy behaviors.

Obviously, this kind of working passion has greatly depressed the progression of social economics, which might lead to a devastating detriment on our lives. In crisis, it is in great needs for us to figure out some measures to cope with this thorny problem. For companies, they must improve their personal administration and develop a passive way to activate their working passion. Furthermore, treating the stuff as a family always results in an unimaginable benefit. As for individuals, it is both their obligations to accomplish the tasks and their opportunity to enhance their abilities through hard working and self-supervision. Only in these ways can the working efficiency be ensured, while everyone, including companies and stuff, can live a gorgeous life.
