A high salary and stable work
is everyone’s ideal career, but what would you choose between a low salary but secure job and a high but being easy to lost job, opinions vary greatly among different people. I fundamentally conceive that a high salary but unstable job is better with respect the benefits it can bring.

A high salary but unstable job can significantly stimulate the enthusiasm of worker’s enthusiasm due to the fierce comppetition brought by the high salary. As everyone wants to have a high salary job so they will try their best to improve themselves to be more competitive. There is no denying
that
a company
develop ,When individual’s capabilities all improve. For example, software company pay the employee a very high salary and splendid welfare for their work, however those who are unable to improve themselves or inferior in abilities will be dismissed immediately. with the method, all the staff are encouraged to improve themselves cealessly, which is beneficial for the long term development of
both the company and the individual .

In addition, though we may lose our work but on the hand we gain the opportunities to take more jobs, which means more work experiences, thus becoming a profound impetus for the success of
our later career. Different jobs needs quite different kinds of capabablities and knowledges, through attending jobs, we acquire the abilities to look at the thing from different angles and consider things comprehensively, so we will make
smart choices and reduce the chance of failure. One apt example of this point came immediately to my mind. One of my friends, tony who have worked as a driver,a salesman, as well as a competer engineer who had been offered a very high salary but are deposed again and again. Finally he took up his own business to sell and mend computers, as he has knowledges in many fields including management, computer science and so forth. He succeeded in earning lots of money and till now he have opened two more
shops.

However, a low but secure job may reduce people’s concept of competiton, what’s worse deprive of their abilities to receive new things and develop themselves. Many people hold a negative attitude towards life, to them having enough food to eat and place to stay is just ok.. Yet when they meet diseases or other disasters, their finite money cannot aford the cost, they will immediately fall into the poverty line.

Based on the disscussion above, it is not that hard for us to conclude that a high salary but unstable job will do us great good considering the benefits it can bring us, adversely, a low but secure job may mean us significant harm,.So I concur that we should take a high salary but unstable job, especially for the young.
