求助，网申的一些问题！

今天进了UCberkeley的网申系统说看看情况，结果发现很多小信息都不会填，希望有经验的前辈指点一下啊，问题都比较弱，希望大家帮忙，谢谢啦！



1 personal information里面的手机号码那里有位数限制，无法全部输入，不知道是为什么呢
2 personal information里面选国家和省份，中国的省份无法填吧，因为下拉选项框中全是美国的州
3 berkeley要求statement of purpose和personal history statement,建筑系也是这两个都要写么？大概写多少比较合适呢？有经验的前辈请告诉我一下吧。
4 还是personal information里面有个Immigrant status,应该选什么呢，是不是选f1student?
5 personal information里面还有一处california residency,这些框框里面需要填么？貌似内容和我也没什么关系啊。内容如下：

just choose no if you are not, and the state just leave blank or type in pingyin or choose others if nothing fit you

if there is no enough digits, just leave blank or put down your home number..

berkeley要求statement of purpose和personal history statement,

please look at the faculty requirement web page. normaly for me, it shouldn't be longer than 2 pages, one would be fine(if no specified requirement)

pls go through the appllication part on Mei Ban, they have all the stuff you need
