Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individuals’ needs and interests of each student.

I will support view of point proposed by the author, and then I will add something to make my thoughts. In this uneasy project, I will also mark those great thoughts, such like Mancius’(China) “virtue”, Kant’s(Germany) “free will”.
To satisfy every student’s will, education level of the society must be well-developed. Because the different kind of will leads to the different kind of needs, fulfilling the more kinds of needs need more organized education system, more developed education equipment, more educated-elite to teach students, and so on, all these things can be concluded as well-developed education. So, the education satisfying needs and interests of each person represents the improvement of the education. And this kind of education is good for the individual by develop the students’ “free will” ,which is proposed by Kant who consider the hardest part of the education is develop and restrain the individual’s “free will”. But for the society, process of this education must be the chaos because for the society, “free wills” of individuals are hard to handle.
We can take the society as a system, inputs are “free wills”, vector group whose different direction and different magnitude vectors are “free will”. Then it is not hard to understand “the chaos”. In addition, the development of the education illustrates the improvement of the society. In the ancient time, we definitely cannot fulfill the needs and interests of the individuals. If one want to learn how to do something(for example, calculate length of the circle) , there may be no answer and no teacher. Think about Bruno, the society’s chaos can lead the chaos of the education, which consider the thought of Bruno is not divine. All above in one, education satisfying each individual is well-developed and the chaos for the society, of the society.
To solve the problem of “the chaos”, we can add some restrains on the “free wills” of individuals in education. By doing this, we can solve “the hardest part of the education”: develop and restrain the “free will”. Developing the “free will” can mine the gift of the student. This is just like the old saying “Interests are the best teacher”, obviously the interests are consisted in the “free will”. What if a student’s “free will” does not contain “virtues” and contain “vice”(although in the thoughts of Mencius everyone has the “virtue”, we must take more things into consideration)? Then we must let this kind of “free will” not free, this is constrains. By adding constrains on the “free education”( which is a conclusion ,proposed by me, of the education fulfilling the “free will” of the student), the problem of “the chaos” is solved, contradiction of the “free will” and “virtue” is solved, students are improved, and the society is developed. In conclusion, we can call the education is effective if students are improved and society is developed, fulfilling
and adding constrains on the “free will” in education is the best way.
To add restrains on the “free will”, we must control the degree. Refraining too much is the process of the compelling, and leads to the problem of stiffness. So, according to the reasoning of the above, there is my thoughts: meeting the needs and interests of the individuals is the individuals’ socialization, adding constrains on the “free will” is the society’s individuation. The “socialization ” and “individuation” need to be carefully planning, this will lead to the system running robustly, and this kind of the education is effective.
