People are always seeking best solution for every task. We might make a comprehensive plan before beginning our job, meanwhile, the creative ideas often give us surprise and advance our work. Which element attribute more to getting the best solution? I believe different people will hold distinct point, as for me, although creativity is very important but, it is an excellent plan which leads to the final success.
Admittedly, people need some extraordinary idea to make our work out-standing. Without those original factors(这个词组用得有点奇怪), the result seems so common since others will finish the job at the same way as we did. Besides, most of us might have this kind of experience that when we are doing something step by step, there might be some barriers which hinter hinder our work（其实这个定语从句有点多余，显得与barrier一词重复）. If at this time, someone gives us some novel solutions, our work will be improved immediately. This is the certain time when we need the help of creativity.0
However, creativity not always exists. In my opinion, creativity happens occasionally, it is not controlled by us. People cannot always lucky enough to come up with the creative idea. In another words (in other words), making a plan is a stable and predictable thing which can be obtained when we have enough supportive elements. In this case, the only thing we can do to ensure finishing our work in time is making a plan which is derived from our experience. After planning and getting enough cognition about what we should do, the creativity will appear during the process.'
What is more, even if although being creative is very helpful, having relative plan is the pre-requisite of finishing work perfectly. Taking an obvious example, when we are constructing a building and one of the designer have an idea about the decoration which impressed every one, but if we do not have the plan about how to build the building, we do not have the foundation, how can we realize this idea, no matter how creative it is?

All in all, no matter what kind of idea we have got, without reliable plan we cannot do anything by which I mean, planning carefully is the basic factor for finishing our work.
