11.30 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The best way to improve the quality of education in a country is to increase teachers’ salaries

Recently, quality of education is becoming a hot topic. How to improve it has been discussed   (in) many versions by many scholars and exports(出口品...). Some of them insist that inspire（ing） kids' interesting（用名词） on study is the key to quality of education, but others suggest that improve teachers' life quality can help them put more attention on teaching so that increase their salaries has come to public's view（这里最好跟从句吧）.
As far as I know, most of school teacher has a high profit (’利益’在这里不太合适). If the government consider to increase the budget of it, how much does the salary is suitable(how much dose ...is...????)? But from my perspective, it does not really help to improve the quality of education.
What I want to mention firstly is that increase teachers' salary cannot make them put more energy on education. Take an example of my university teacher, who is in charge of Computer Photography and he is sophisticated in it. Every week we have a class, however frequently he is busy for that he accepts eight different classes in college and some necessary meetings should be attended, so that he is often absent in our class. Therefore, email becomes the most effective way of communication between him and students. Thus, the average of out level in this class can be known at last. So if the busy teacher is being got higher salary, the same situation will be happened among next generation of us.(不知道例子是我没看懂还有有点牵强) How about（Whai if） the college put money on employing more professions, buying more improvement equipments and something profit for students?
To make a better environment for students and teachers can really enhance quality of education. If college employs more adept teachers, my professor will not be bored by these never endless things whatever represents for school or his own self.
In conclusion, government should hear more voices from more people（more重复） who concern with education, not only the exports but also we students can get what is really needed for improving education
