以下是我的一篇Issue,希望各为不吝赐教。语言方面的问题是我的致命伤,希望大家多提意见。
[B]Issue 3:”In order to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level, all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in profession relevant to the courses they teach.”……(教育类)[/B]

Recently people are more aware of the importance of the cooperation between education and profession. And spending some time in the profession relevant to educators' courses is a suitable and economical way of improving their performance and college's quality.
There are lots of factors that may lead to the improvement of education such as the amelioration of experimental instruments, the purcharse of new useful books for school library, and even the changing of the surrounding environment and so forth. But the most crucial factor, which cannot be disregarded in all of the factors above, is the quality of educators. That is because the educators are the immediate ones who communicate with the students, and who give the students the skills of operating these kinds of implements, and who provide students the methods of seeking useful information from piles of books. Hence the quality of educators is the foundation on which the other positive developments settled on.

It is true that the quality of educators is influenced by both the academic know ledges and the practical experience. Most of the professors in college and university, who are selected from the well-performed students, are qualified for their expense and master of basic knowledge, so there is no need to further improve their knowledge. But few of them have the experience working outside since their graduation from college or university. And practical experience is usually in low-level contrast to teacher's well-qualified knowledge. Hence while these educators have enough knowledge to teach their student, they often lack practical experience, which is also requested by most students and development of our civilized society. Consequently the colleges or universities which seek to improve their quality should send their teachers working outside corresponding to their course.

Of course, because any knowledge came from practice, corresponding working experience may improve the understanding of the academic knowledge. For example, my professor teaching basic chemistry is well qualified because of his 5 years working experience in a big chemical industry. He is one of the few basic chemistry teachers in our school, who can be in charge of the improving and inspection of student's designs in their final college year. In the fields of nature science, the working experience provide teachers chances to operate machines and confront problems which they have got merely from the abstruse words and some stasis graphics of textbooks. After touching by their own hand and inspecting by their own eyes, the teachers can be more familiar with the process and more aware of the nature of cooperation of knowledge and practice. And in the fields of social science the situation is the same concerning some attendee’s satisfaction and progress after accomplishment of address. So in that case we cannot neglect teacher's experience of work in response to their courses.

In addition, working experience can extend educators' insight and provide them necessary skill of communication. Unlike college or university, the company or corporation is more complicated concerning the corporation among different groups. So working in this company can improve teacher's awareness of corporation and communication and provide them better communicative skill, which is neglected in colleges and universities. With better communicative skill the teachers can improve the relationships with their students. And based on this compatible constitution, student can get better performance and increased awareness of corporations.

Generally, Granted that educators should be concentrated on the instruction itself, and spending so much time working outside may decrease the educational time, working experience is necessary as far as its contribution is concerned.

个人意见,可能有不对的地方。互相修改,共同提高!

多谢牛人feier521!!我是一个决决对对的菜菜鸟,几乎刚开始接触GRE---Issue,以前也没写过这么难的文章,这些从我的文章应该可以看的出来。我觉得即使用中文写这样的文章也是很难的。希望各位大虾给俺支几着儿,祝我早日攻克作文关。

feier521告诉我一些作文的方法吧,我9月靠文,我现在正看280片,看结构挑里面的有用词来总结,然后被概念4,不知有没有用啊!
