There is widespread discussion on the issue that whether visitor attending to the museum may completely realize the country. In most of people seem that museum is full of essential information of its country, which enables tourists to comprehend the national history and remarkable landscape, and that can give a deep impression to people. However, as far as I am concerned, arriving in the native place for a while achieve more meaningful experiences, because of the special daily life-style, communication and the atmosphere of the urban.

The first dominance of living with local family is that even though visitors can receive a great deal of normal information about the country, the picture of the citizens’ daily life never appear in the traveler’s mind who only are concerned about contend of museum. This can be best illustrated with the example of me who study in Guangzhou which is a national city.
When I first attended to Guangzhou, I was curious about GZ museum.
In spite of, I only found that there is nothing unique feature in GZ, and it is no different between other huge cities. During my education in this city, my mind has been changed by the view I saw in the normal family. In every weekends morning, most of Cantonese family would go to the restaurant to have a characteristic breakfast named “drink tea”. In the breakfast, people prefer to both chart in funny topic and taste the foods. In fact, nothing in the museum make me sign a significant memory.


In the second place, it is undoubtedly that staying with these local family experiences more relevant effect, which can render people to understand this place, moreover. For instance, I have a section undergo which I once have a trip to India by myself, and spent 5days to live with an India family due to know more about their culture. In these days, they taught me a lot, like, the curry food, the function of cloth and their house design. Thus, according to the deep-discover, I gain much out of the museum.

The most reasonable opinion is the city’s atmosphere which obviously do not express in the museum. That means although the museum apply the picture, auditory and the three dimension facilities, visitors can not offer any feeling. The home of the GZ football team absolutely indicated the Cantonese spirit—teamwork and never give up. No wonder the match hold on the business day, there are one million fans reach to support the team.

In conclusion, I reinforce my standpoint that living in the destination for long time can visitors completely comprehend the country. By doing so, they just realize the details of the country.
It is important that staying at the destination for some times brings visitor a meaningful travel.
